Great Food. I am by no means and expert but oh how I do enjoy good food. Rouen Thai is excellent. The coconut based soup is very good, forget the name and prob. cant pronounce or spell it. The red curry dish was awesome. I told the server I wanted it very hot....she looked at me with curled eyebrow and asked Hot? or Thai hot? She scared me into asking for Hot only and brought this little platter of three different types of hot stuff. All were great. The regular old hot was hot but oh so good. I love this place. Great flavor and great food.

After living here for over a year my changing my review from 4 stars to 2 star. This place is subpar at best. they never wash their tablecloths, its absolutely disgusting how much fluids are on the part that touches you. The only thing worth eating is the beef salad. I have ate here over 20 times but they just keep getting worse. If you want good thai for in this area head up to Chef Thai off dale mabry. The food is way better and the place is clean.

I live in South Tampa and had never tried this place, After ordering the Panang Curry chicken and my mother had the sweet and sour pork, we both agreed that we would from now on skip the "buffets" and come back here. The food was exactly as ordered, Moms was medium, mine Thai Hot and sweating, Just as I love it. Service was very attentive, went for lunch, and not my first Thai in the Tampa Bay area, would rank it in my Top 5!!!

I am by no means a Thai expert so I cannot account for purity/authenticity of the food here BUT I can say that it is consistent and incredible. I have eaten here many times for lunch, always thai hot and always with a thai iced tea. I would bet money that given the hole in the wall nature, the staff, and the location/ongoing success, that the food here is excellent/authentic Thai food. I strongrly recommend Rouen Thai!

Always a Tampa favorite. Been a couple let downs lately. Be clear, very very clear with how and what you order, ie check before you leave if you pick up. Youll want to make sure you dont have issues if your chicken smells like seafood. Its one of the best I was told. Im still waiting to have that experience myself.

The best Thai food in the area. I highly recommend their pineapple curry with chicken. I always start off a Tom Kha soup it is also delicious! I will say the last time I went the Tom Kha didnt taste as fresh neither did the pineapple curry. Please dont get lazy! Your food is so good when you guys are on it!

Try # 54 its yellow curry and is excellent!! The way the coconut milk and peanut curry combine will leave you wanting more. Always perfect rice, and the service is really good my glass never when half empty.

Highly recommended. Great environment and amazing food. Crab rangoons are recommended. Prices were reasonable and the portions were large. All there noodles with sweet soy sauce were delicious.

Always great food have never had anything bad. Got there one time at 2 and was asked if Id be quick because they leave at 2:30... drove an hour to get there. All other times have been perfect
