I really do not like posting negative reviews, but in this case, Im left with no choice. This facility does not have anything good going for it. Ill start with the food. I had the 20 piece original bone-in wings - half mild half barbecue. The wings were small, undercooked, and greasy, far too greasy for an average wing. I also had the dinner rolls, which were completely stale,. The outsides were overly toasted, and the insides were terribly dry. I have eaten that other Wingstop locations before, and have never been disappointed, so I can only conclude that something at this particular location is just not right. The staff was friendly enough, but this facility also has a problem with sanitation. Walking just from the main entrance door up to the counter, my tennis shoes were sticking to the brick floor. And this was early - 1130am. There was some kind of corporate inspection going on there too - and nobody looked happy. In short, I reluctantly recommend avoiding this location. The quality and cleanliness of the food and facility is just too much in doubt for me to trust this location. This was the second time I have eaten there, with similar result. It will be the last time.

The Employees are very nice, the food is ok. apparently whoever makes the potato salad is perfectly fine with letting RAW potatoes go out the door. someone should tell them that can make you sick. half the time the when you make an online order, they call 5 min before your pick up time telling you the potato salad isnt available.... then why is it on the site, it should be blacked out or not advertised since they cannot seem to prepare it right anyway. the chicken wings rarely have the same consistency as the last time you ordered it. i was very excited when i saw wingstop was going to be opening a location so close to my work. The wingstop in down town San jose is awesome so i figured this one at bascom would be too... i was sorely mistaken and let down big time... a little passion or a stiffer hand from management may be needed... its not too late to save this location from complete failure, but action is needed NOW

This wing stop opens at 11am, I placed an order around 11:25 and got here at around 12:10 expecting my food to be ready since the online statement said by 11:50, I get here and Im told that they just opened and there was going to be a delay.. But youve been opened for an hour so why the delay? They were out of Coke, no big deal but if you were too busy to make my food Id hope that the time was spent getting other things ready and obviously that wasnt the case. The girl at the register was extremely rude and obviously had no clue what she was doing. Annoying experience.

Good restaurant. Wings were great. I suggest mango Habanero if you can handle the heat. Very sweet and spicy. Wing Stop is usually a hit or miss for me depending on the restaurant. This one was a hit. Only issue was with the soft drink vending machine. It was unable to carbonate the drinks but I think that was a temporary thing.

since when does a wingstop thats hours say 11am-12am (midnight) close at 11pm ? i go there at 11:15 and its closed..... the employee didnt even know how to tell me it was closed. horrible. ruined my veiw of all wingstops. horrible way to run a buisness!!!

Completely incompetent staff. Zero planning for the SuperBowl. Management clearly didnt care nor did they choose to staff adequately or competently. I dont recommend frequenting a place that cares so little about adequate customer service.

Worst wingstop I have ever been to and will ever go to. Waited 40 minutes for. 20 piece. Headass workers forgot my ranch and half assed the sauce. I swear the employees are trying to keep business slow cuz they dont wanna work

Ive NEVER had issues other than the fact the one bathroom is always in use. I absolutely love the customer service. Cristina was so kind and Steven helped me out with any thing i needed.

Even though theyre cheap($0.60 each Mon&Tues) I dont advise getting any flavor besides Buffalo. Definitely not lemon garlic. The regular are much better!
