Wanted to try this place because we moved to this area last Monday. Had friends who visited to see the new place and we all decided to go give it a try. Walked in and it looks like a to go Chinese place which is fine. The woman at the front desk is what will make it so that we never visit this establishment again. We walked in the door and she greeted us, handed us menus, and started out nicely. Then we start to order and half way through she answers the phone and takes a phone order and then has to start over on our order. No big deal, I am not pushy and didnt mind (although I thought it was rude). Well then our friends start to order and knew the price of what it is they are ordering, and ask why it was more than the cost on the menu after she had already ran the card so quickly and mumbled the cost of it. The woman replies with "you said General Tsos chicken, I gave you large- you didnt point at what you wanted" and literally threw a fit about whether or not my friends told them what they wanted. She literally yelled at my friends and was extremely rude about the whole situation. To top it off, she also took another phone order in the middle of their order as well and made them start over again also. My friends simply replied with "thats fine, we will just never come back again". If we hadnt already ordered and paid for our food we would have left right then. I should have read some of the previous reviews about the terrible customer service because they were completely true. I will more than likely never visit this place again in the future.

This place is fantastic!! We are originally from CA, specifically San Francisco and we KNOW good Chinese food! Weve been to a few others in the area, which had almost 5 star reviews and we werent all that impressed. This is the best in the area, hands down! Reading these reviews about how rude the guy there was is just silly. Honestly I felt he was a little abrupt, but hes running a business and hes quick, so who cares! And with how good the food is, I honestly wasnt phased one bit. Best Mongolian beef ever! The oil tasted fresh, the veggies & meats (chicken,beef, pork) were SUPER fresh and high quality! If anyone here actually understands what good Chinese food is, youll love this place! If not, stick with Panda Express in your local mall.

New in Town Looking for a great Chinese delivery Place. We are less than two Miles AWAY. When I asked if they Deliver to My Subdivision she said YES but not on FRIDAY or SATURDAY NIGHTS!!!! Who in the WORLD Stops Delivery on Fridays or Saturday the TWO MOST DELIVERY Requested Nights in ALL of America! They Have Lost a customer without US even being Given the Opportunity to TRY the FOOD!!! It May be Great but IT aint just about the Food, Customer Service has gone so far Down in the Country it is Pathetic!!!!

They are inconsistent with whether or not they will deliver. Sometimes you call and they say yes they can deliver and then other times they say no only pick up. It is very frustrating for customers and not a good way to keep people coming back. I wish someone would open a Chinese restauraunt that delivered in our area!

All you complaining can stick it up your you know what! Go find somewhere else to go if you dont like it. Everyone thinks they are entitled to something. Well guess what you arent! Valued customer right here just saying it like it is. They always have my order right and its always ready when I get there!!

They were very rude to my wife. She was trying to ask questions and they acted like they didnt have time to answer her questions or willing to accommodate that which she wanted. I called and told them well no longer be a customer, and he, the man, said thats OK,. We have lots of customers. NEVER AGAIN !

I have been going to China One for years. Over the past six months the services went down the tubes. I spend an average of $125 a month there ask for an extra dumpling sauce was charge an extra $.50. I will not be back. I paid with a credit card didnt have any cash and she insisted I write it on the tip

I agree they are the best take out Chinese near me. Our order was fast and tasty and reasonably priced. I will say if you want your General Tsao chicken spicy you have to tell them. Not fancy for dine in nor a lot of tables but they keep the place clean which I cant say about some others in town.

I have ordered here several times, and have found the food to be very good. We usually order the chicken and mixed vegetables, but weve had several items on the menu and have never been disappointed. Delivery takes a little longer than pizza, etc., but the food is always fresh so its worth the wait!

Best Chinese this side of Spring Hill. Easily place my order every time - last time the girl taking my order even told me I wanted crab RANGOON, not wonton - she was so right and saved me being dissappointed. They prepare my order quickly and are always beyond friendly!

BEST FRIED DUMPLINGS YOU CAN GET ANYWHERE!!! they also have them steamed and they are great! it comes with a great garlic soy tyoe sauce i think, also the teriyaki chicken is great! and wonton soup is the best around!

Im SO glad to have a takeout place open on this side of town. They are very friendly and the food is so good! Plus they dont close until 10:30, which, with my schedule is very helpful! Affordable. I highly recommend.

The take out we ordered was fresh and hot. . I probably would not dine in since it was 2:30 ish (non-busy hour) in the after noon, and the tables and floors were a mess. Other than that, I give a 4 star. ;-)

This restaurant continually messes up orders on sub-par Chinese food. We will never give them another dollar of ours. There are better Chinese restaurants in spring hill, TN.
