Went for the apple pancakes and an omelette...waited 30 minutes to find out that they didnt have the pancakes...manager asked if I wanted something else...explained I only came for the pancakes (the omelette was for my Fiance) and I wouldnt have even placed the to-go order if I had known they didnt have the apple pancakes. So the manager asks if I want a store credit because it takes 30 days to put the money back on my bank card...I stated no again...so the manager says let me go talk to my manager...he comes back and says the total on my card would be $10.89 for the omelette and walks away...the other worker hands me the omelette and I leave and get home which is 15 minutes away to find out that the hash browns were not in the bag...so I call and the worker that answers the phone tells me to just come back and get them...I tell him no that Im home and still have to fix me something to eat...so he says well theyll be here whenever you want them...I say Dont you need my name or something...he says what is it, I tell him and he hangs up! I have never had a problem with this IHOP before but they have lost my business...Im not even going back for the hash browns! Really

Got seated fine. Got order in a timely matter. Got food quickly. Kim the mattress has a personality of a wall. Food was floating in grease when it came. Could not fine her or anyone else to help me with my order. Coffee is and always very weak when I come here. I asked for my eggs to be over medium and they came runny. Asked for 4 slices of toast only 2 came and hash browns were burnt on 1 side. Am totally totally done with this place. This time the 5 time I came here no one up front to seat u.The waiteress waited in the back just stood there talking to others and looking at me the hole time. After waiting more than 15 minutes I finely set myself than a waitress came up with the menu and laughing said am sorry for the wait. Its Saturday morning 7am no other customers in the place. Thats the only time I have to get things done. Theres no hope for this place. The manager is the worse ever. I hope they close. When the Iranian Islamic Mexican manager is not there or stays in his office. The place runs so much smoother and faster

I never leave reviews but I felt the need to. We placed a to go order this morning and were told it would be 20 minutes. We showed up about 30 minutes after ordering and were told it wasnt ready yet. That was fine, but we waited about 30 more minutes to get our food. We carried it outside and I said that we should check it just in case. They left out over half of our order and gave us stuff we did not order. We went back inside to get the rest of our food and the employees in the front did not seem to care. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager on staff was Brent. He helped us get the rest of our order immediately and gave us a full refund and we still got to keep all of our food, and our check was $60. Brent is a great manager and we appreciate how much he helped us out and everyone else that was waiting. We appreciate his great hospitality and service!

We visited on Tuesday, July 12 when IHOP was offering .58 short stacks to celebrate their anniversary. There were about 15 people waiting to be seated when our party of 6 arrived, 2 of which were an elderly couple. A friend of the hostess came in and his party of 3 was immediately seated. He asked why there were so many people waiting she said that her manager told her to stack them. We observed that there were numerous empty tables as we moved to our table. Approximately 15 minutes AFTER we were seated, the elderly couple whom had been waiting were seated near us. Our server (Draya) was polite as she pulled double duty serving all her tables plus answering the phone and taking call in orders. The manager was slow, rude, and uniformed. He is definitely the weak link at this location. Never had such a negative experience at IHOP.

Manager seems a little better than the last one but not by much. Still VERY VERY poor wait staff. Not 1 Customer was in the place when I arrived and I still had to wait over 8 minutes for someone from the bad to notice me before coming up to seat me. The food arrived at my table in a timely matter and it seemed like a little more hashbrowns came with my order. Eggs just ok. NO butter on my Toast as usual. I really think IHOP cant afford butter to put on toast. I dont think they butter anything. They just dont care about customer s or there needs. The only thing they care care about is making the Almighty Dolla anyway they can and the hell with the customer. Never ever be back there again I gave them to many chances for way to long. Just cant so it for what little u get for how much it cost. Hope they go under

I love ihop, but this ihop in Madison was thr absolute worst. It was about 7:30 on a Saturday night. They were not busy at all. When we walked in, there was no greeting, simply a "follow me," followed by a host who then walked so fast we didnt keep up. She then set our menus on a table and walked away. The table we were sat at had clearly not been cleaned as it had sticky juice all over and the ketchup bottle out showing it needed cleaning. We moved ourselves to the next table over and went and found ourselves a high chair for the baby. The chair had pancake and syrup all over it, so I went to find a Towel to clean it with, but I could not track down a sever to help. Giving up, I sat with the baby in my lap and my husband and I waited for at least 5 more minutes to be served. No one came, so we left.

I go to this ihop about twice a month, my Kids love it, but Id be lucky if I made it through my whole visit without an issue of some sort. They served my daughter burnt sausage and actually brought it to the table like it was okay. Rather they have waitresses walking out, air issues, wait time its always something. The manager Jeremy Hall placed the cherry on top today. His own employee informed us to "let him have it ". He had no care about our wait time,how our food was burnt after the long wait. I paid for our drinks even though I shouldnt have done that and left when our food which was not correct was brought. I could go on with my stories but Hey its only a review.Everyone is not made for management he diffenantly was not a good candidate.

This IHOP was the worst one I have eaten at in my life this location really really sucked very very bad we do a lot of traveling an usually stop an eat breakfast at IHOP yes we had a party 10 we didnt get seated for 45 mins they did give us 2 waitresses witch was nice but even with 2 waitresses half our order came out almost 30 mins before the other half of the food an the order was all jacked up an not right at all finally the second half came out an it was wrong also this was the worst experience we have ever at IHOP wont stop eating at IHOP but will never ever step foot back inside this location ever ever ever ever ever ever again hope a manager sees this review or hope someone with corporate sees an reads this review
