Worst experience at a FAST FOOD restaurant in a long, long time and I will not be returning. Unfortunately the Taco Bell closer to my house was closed due an AC problem so I figured why not drive a little further to this one since it was on my way back home. Well, we pull in the drive thru at 8:55 and it hits 9:07 and we still have not moved an inch, so we backed up and went inside. There was about 6 people waiting for their food!!! The girl at the register didnt even ask for our order, she just stared at us so we assumed she was ready for our order. We ordered at 9:09 (timestamp on receipt) and did not get our food until 9:31... Completely unacceptable. And they also accused another couple of lying about their order being wrong and made them bring their food up to the counter to prove it was wrong!!! Completely unprofessional and I will be sure to pass the message along that this location is obviously terrible.

Entailing three different workers: Was about to order but new arrival employee just showed up and there was an awkward wait while they tried to figure out how to sign her in until a few minutes later original order taker scooted over to again start taking my order. Got order wrong by thinking i asked for a drink when I asked for a freeze. Got my completed order mixed up with another one and he just kind of ran off after I explained that I didnt order a crunchwrap. Waited a minute before a cook came and asked, explained again, showed receipt. He talked with manager. Then finally took it off my tray. Thats all they had to do over that span of a few minutes. My burrito isnt all that warm. My cinnabons were hard and low on filling.

Sat in line from 115pm until 143pm with 3 cars in front of me. Once I arrived to the window they never explained what the hold up was or to even apologize for the wait. Had the Gaul to ask me to complete a survey on my experience. This happens all to often here at the Madison,Tn location and it is the furthest thing from fast food. I guess I should have just been happy to not only wait so long but that they had gotten my 2 tacos correct at least this time.

Ive never had a great experience at any Taco Bell, so why should this one be any different? As already stated time and time again, the drive through takes forever. But dont go in. Made that mistake once, and I felt like someone was going to shoot me the whole time I was out of my car. That is shady nighttime Madison for you. Also, it isnt any quicker. The employees were super nice to me however, and there was nothing wrong with my food. So three stars.

Ive spent less time in relationships, than what I do in their drive through. Sarcasm aside, it would improve if their communication would. Too many people, unaware of what the others are doing. Have had 3 different people at the window, asking me about an order, that was already sitting there, and getting cold. I hold management accountable for this culture of disorganization. Lets make this a "teachable" moment

Terrible Customer Service piece of hair in refried beans on mexican pizza called spoke to a young lady who was supposedly putting me on hold of course line was disconnected called back line was busy called back hour later line was still busy when I go to Taco Bell at night drive past this one to the other side of town the Morning staff is actually professional and has great service so will give a 2 star

If youre in the drive through make sure you have plenty of time to wait. Last trip, it was the last time, there were 3 cars in front of me and I was in line 32 minutes, I occasionally mystery shop so I always keep track of these things. Youd be better served with friendlier staff and faster service with the drive to East Nashvilles store, youll spend the time driving but at least youll be moving.

I frequent this Taco Bell because i live close. I have lived in Madison for 3 years & come here at least 3-5 times a month. NEVER have I been here and had quick service, that is not an exaggeration. Youll sit for 10 minutes minimum in the drive thru on a good day. Personally I have waited over 20 minutes just to place order, and another 45 in line just to receive my order. Absolutely HORRENDOUS.

They were out of lettuce, tomato, ice, tea, and mountain dew. Of course, they failed to inform me of this, and I didnt realize it until I got 2 tacos and a chalupa of just meat and cheese. Another customer was also upset and demanded to see the manager, who wouldnt even look at us while we complained to her, said nothing, and simply walked away mid-conversation.

This drive thru always takes 30+ mins regardless of whats ordered. Sometimes later at night it takes 20+ minutes to get to the speaker to order, and YOU CANT EVER EXIT! Worst experience over and over- why do I go back!? Also my food is rarely wrapped. Seems like the one cook they have on hand doesnt take the time to efficiently process the order. Very sloppy.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Rude staff and slow service. All Taco Bells are getting bad, but this place is ridiculous. Waiting for almost an hour for food I ordered in the drive through and they left out the first time. I wont be back to this Taco Bell. Management should be reevaluated, this surely is not a company standard.

Im sitting in the line for 30 minutes. Cant back out or drive out the side because its a closed in drive through. Trapped at Taco Bell. Whats the deal, thought this was fast food? Save yourself the time and drive to the next one. They did hook up some free nachos, but i had to ask and argue to get it. 40 minutes total in line.

Takes way too long to get food here. Everyone working there moves way too slow and half of the staff is just standing around and conversing instead of getting orders out the door. Worst Taco Bell Ive been to in a while. For the record I never rate places and give my opinion. But this place is just ridiculous.

I give them a 3 star because its Tacos. everyone loves Tacos! But I took 2 stars away because of their rudeness. Heres a tid bit of advice, maybe yall should start making more than 3-4 apple empandas before the dinner haul customers come in. Making the night before and freeze them if you have to!!!

wow when i was in school and i got the grade of 69 on my report card that meant that i was a failure.... every time you order something at this location they are out of some thing ( were out of large cups, sorry no nacho cheese the truck comes in tomorrow... come on people get this one together!!

Complete waste of time. Ordered a $5dallar box ,5layer burrito, cheesy fiesta potatoes. And took them 45 minutes to make it!! Along with everyone else there. Couldnt even eat in comfort because everyone was looking at us because we (finally) got are food.. drive thrue is no better!! STAY AWAY

The girl working the drive through tonight was sarcastic, didnt tell me my total until I asked, refused to look at me when she took my money, rolled her eyes when I declined sauce, then slammed the window in my face. Terrible service, even by fast food standards.
