Fast food this wasnt. Went yesterday. No special orders other than no onion on husbands whopper. Waited 15 minutes for food in the dining room. Inexcusable in my opinion. Appeared the manager was trying to do it all. Owner needs to be willing to come off with a couple of dollars and get some more employees or people wont be back. Passed by the same restaurant a couple of hours later - 2:30 - and the drive-thru line was wrapped halfway around the restaurant. PS - quit frosting the burgers in mayo and youll keep food costs down and maybe be able to offer a better starting wage or retain your existing employees. Your manager needs a raise - he was busting his butt and kept a smile on his face this whole time.

Spent 45 minutes in drive thru. Got my order, order was wrong went inside and waited another 10 minutes for a regular hamburger. It came out cold. Waited another 5 minutes and got a hot hamburger but on an OLD hard cold bun. So there for an hour and a horrible experience...and not the first time. It wasnt any better service on the inside..people were seen leaving after paying for their food as they couldnt wait any longer. Morning breakfast shift generally do a better job. This was a pitiful effort today during 1:00-2:00 PM CST. They would have been better served to closed the drive in and concentrated on the lobby as they were terribly shorthanded.

Service at this location is nonexistent. Plan on 10-15 minute wait times. The current manager (new person) is hiding the real times by making the customers wait up to 5 minutes to place an order. A drive thru order taker and grill assembler are needed before 7am. Ideally, both drive through booths would be staffed, grill would have 2 people, and the manager would run for both while taking front counter orders. Two people cant handle the breakfast rush by themselves without losing customers. Update: much improved, slow at times but not bad overall.

Visited this location on my 30 min break. Stayed there the whole 25min waiting on my food sad to say received nothing after paying. The cashier gave out 3 wrong orders at the drive thru customers was coming in complaining. After waiting for 25 min i just ask for money back and went back to work hungry!! Will not be back

Worst food ever. Went through drive-through. Got home to a burnt, cold fish sandwich. Called the business and spoke to "manager" who obviously had an "attitude." Told me to "have a nice day." Never again will I patronize this place - too many good establishments in the neighborhood who appreciate your business.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes which is pretty common for this burger king. Got to work.only to have cold hash browns and ordered 5 french toast sticks got 3 and a half of one. No straw and customer service was terrible. Will be calling corporate about the many bad experiences I have had here.

The service was absolutely terrible , I called in to ask them to check if they had found a wallet and some lady name shalisha had and attitude and when I asked them to check she said no I cant and hung up the phone . Terrible , never will I come to the Burger King in coolsprings again. Thanks shalisha

Its pretty good service here. Not over the top best experience. But its recently been renovated. Looks really good. But it has old technology. Samsung Pay nor ApplePay is available. As far as customer service. The crew is friendly. But there is room for improvement. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst than any place Ive been. Ordered whopper jr fries and drink. At the drive thru. Asked for no onions. There were onions. Burger was soggy from the amount of mayo. Dripping. Didnt get ketchup for fries. Got no napkins. I would not go there again if they paid me

Waited 12 minutes to get a Double Wopper Meal. It was not crowded at all. Two people in front of me had to have their burgers remade because they were not correct. Staff was not smiling or happy. Made for a bad experience.

The tendercrisp sandwich is not what it used to be and the fries were over cooked. The food was mediocre, service was very poor and the employees were unprofessional and rude. Get the hell out of Franklin with that trash!
