Absolutely disgusting!!! The first time I ordered here, my Challenger was extremely dry and plain. Its suppose to be a soul food restaurant, there was no life, soul, flavor or seasoning. I tried eating there once more thinking maybe its just the food I got and some other dish could be better. I got the Whiting, wings and fries. The fish was soggy and flavorless. The fries were bland and so was the chicken. This is day 2, my stomach is still hurting. I dont see myself eating there again.

Had big order called to let them know i was missing my wings, i understand being busy but the phone just rang, and once i finally got through I was told to hold not hello this is so n so can you please hold, and the lady never came back to the phone. This is unaccebtable on all levels. Customer service to include orders are complete goes a long way.

The service was ok but when I asked to go to the bathroom I was surprised to see no light switch in there. I thought nothing of it and thought that it was motion activate, but the lights never turned. When I left the bathroom I saw that the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom. They did not tell me that the switch was there.

The challenger is delicious!!! I have not tried anything else yet but Im sure that the other meals offered will not disappoint! The staff is very friendly, the restaurant has a clean appearance and the food is very good. The food is cooked to order so I do not mind the wait because it will be fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was wonderful. Had a very good taste to it....seasoned very well. However...there was no cold drinks. The cooler apparently was broken and the drinks were placed in a freezer...something was clearly wrong with the freezer. The drinks never got cool... The employees were very friendly and polite...

on my first order of my first visit the cashier has an attitude. I drove across tow to eat at this resturaunt because I support Sam Sylk, but I deserve to be treated better when I show up to spend money. I wont be back, it really is that simple. I dont recommend anyone come here either.
