Worst, slowest Taco Bell/KFC ever. At least our daughter forgot she wanted Mac n cheese, because it magically turned into green beans. This place sneaks in screwing up our order like it was their profession every time we go there. Forgot half our order and we reminded them of the Mac n cheese. Should have checked it before we left... Never gone to this place and had my order come out right, no matter how simple I make it.

Dont stop here if your trying to beat traffic for the Bay Bridge. Ordered 2 Mac and cheeses, potatoes wedges, and tacos. It took 30 minutes minutes for them to prepare. Then, I watched them give my order to someone else. The other person took it, brought it back after inspecting and seeing it wasnt his order, and they just handed it to me. Then, the tacos were wrong so I waited for another 10 mins. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Every time I have stopped in here they are always out of the most popular food items, and they are one of the slowest KFC franchises Ive ever visited. The orders are only right when they are simple and dont deviate and the staff isnt the most friendly of people either. If I have to visit a KFC or Taco Bell I will usually go to the one in Easton first long before Ill visit this Cambridge location.

Our order was completely wrong even after we got a replacement for the incorrect order we received at first. Food was nasty, chicken was old and dry & we didnt even get out complete order. Horrible service, cashier didnt know what she was talking about.

Service was very slow and the cashier acted as if she didnt want to be there. Didnt give me a bag for my order in which I had to ask for one. I had to ask for my cup after ordering a combo. The service is poor, I waited 15 minutes for a taco combo.

Took while to get food. Order taking was slower. I dont recommend using the drive- through. They rarely get an order correct and then it usually takes 2 or 3 more tried to get it correct.
