Today, May 29, 2016, we were visiting the area and had not been to a Jack-In- The Box in a couple years. You can imagine my son was excited when he saw one. We arrived around 3:00 p.m. There was a sign on the door the lobby was closed but we could go through the drive-thru. We attempted to go through the drive-thru but there were yellow cones preventing anyone from going through. We knocked on the door and an employee came out and said that they had no employees available to work to keep the store open. The general manager then came out and gave a completely different story why they were closed. Two customers who were left in the lobby came out and said it was wild in there. Obviously the general manager whom we were told was only on the job two day did not know how to manage her employees and everyone walked out on her. If I were the owner and lost that amount of income due to the GM I would fire her/him. If her employees walked out on her she should have acted quickly to get employees back onto the store to resolve the problem rather than completely shutting the store down. There were at least 6 cars that pulled up in the few minutes we were there ... The GM was smug and insincerely apologetic. In all my years I have never gone to a fast food restaurant and walked into a situation where the business had to be closed because employees walked out on the GM - sounds like poor management skills therefore, why would I trust eating there!

I have been to this establishment for breakfast four times in the last three months. The only reason that this is getting two stars instead of one is because the food was good, but The customer service is horrible. I requested the same item in all of my four visits, I was assisted by the same person, and yet the drive-through representative still couldnt get my order correct. Once, she pressed a lot of buttons to try and create the simple (basic menu item) cheeseburger I was asking for and overcharged me a great deal. Another time, it was there but it took some coaxing to tell her what to look for to ring it up correctly. This last time, I was given an item three times the cost, not even close to the item that I was requesting, without her even asking if it was the correct item. To top it all off when I asked for multiple sauces for my multiple item order, I was given one. New staff please!!!

The food was good by JitB standards, the service however was awful by all standards. It was slow. The manager was complaining about the next crew being late, it was busy, the drive thru wouldnt stop, and how badly she "needed a cigarette in her life". They were using foul language that could be heard all throughout the dining room. At one point a fresh batch of fries came up and we were waiting for our food, she steppes in front of the kid working the counter and said she was first he had to wait. Considering that we were using coupons given to us for awful service at a different JitB youd expect extra care but that was not the case! Its sad with so few JitB locations in middle Tennessee and the service is always atrocious!!

We thought the place was closed when we drove up as there were no cars there and it was 6pm on a Saturday night. But we parked and discovered it was open. When we went in we had to wait 5 minutes to place out order as the computer wasnt working. We finally ordered and when we went to get our food we discovered that they were out of french fries. That might have been nice to know before we ordered. The food was crushed and sloppy as heck. Looking around at the completely empty dining room we figured that the locals knew something we didnt. Dont eat at this location. Okay, but we ordered a couple tacos and they were amazing! Advice? Only order the freaking tacos through the drive through.

I ordered a ultimate chessburger on sourdoughbread, mayo only. I receiveda single patty with bacon, tomato, ketchup, mayo. The fried were old enough to be wrinkled. My half and half tea taste like someone dropped an ashtray in it. Im seriously thinking about making myself throw up because the tea tasted so bad. Of course I went thru the drive thru and didnt discover this nastiness until I got back to work. The display was so dirty I couldnt read it, as was the drive thru ledge. And I hit a big pothole in the parking lot. I dont know what happened to this location, but avoid it.

Place seems desolate. Cahsier who checked me out was on his phone texting as i tried handing him my card. Burger had no pickles and I specifically said cheese, pickles, ketchup. Rest of burger tasted fine. Place was a bit dirty. They dont have my favorite $3.99 combo meal any more so I dont have a reason to visit. Coca cola machine was out of half the drinks

I only come here when Im in a hurry and its the most convenient. The service is just bad. Whoever took my order today didnt listen at all and got my order wrong twice. The kid who actually handed me the bag in the drive-thru was apologetic about it, but I didnt have time to get a refund or to get it fixed. Ill avoid this place from now on.

You do not leave someone at the drive through speaker saying hello without you saying something. Tried to drive away got a truck blocking the way waiting for someone. I do not see cops or the rescue squad here so whats the hold up. And the guy behind me seems pissed off so something better be going on for this bull to be taking place.

Whoever runs your 24 hour window at night is terrible at their job. I would name them but they never take an order. I sat as 5 other cars each waited 3 to 5 minutes before driving off in frustration. I wanted to meet the person who was so inconsiderate but they probably couldnt be woken from their nap at a booth. Done with this place.

Its everything you might expect it to be... food is pretty good, but the service could be a little more welcoming. Kind of felt like they were just their to do their job as a robot might. Didnt feel that "welcome" walking in. Also, the floor was oddly sticky. But maybe thats just a Jack in the Box thing.

I get that its the fourth of july but when there are 6 cars in the parking lot and you put a sign on the door saying lobby closed drive threw only that implies your still open. Maybe put a sign up on the drive threw instead of giving us a crazy look before you open the window to inform us your closed.

Tried their classic buttery jack burger combo. Burger was OK, but didnt really impress me. Not a fan of their bun and patty, it just doesnt work for me. Fries are good though. Place was fairly empty, but the service was fine and place is clean. Prices are cheap as is expected for fast food joint.

i always eat at jack in the box around 11- 12 and this night i was help by a man named Anthony. he was real quick and offered me great service like ive never had before at jack in the box. You can really tell he cares about his job and his customers, thanks for making it a great experience.
