I was overcharged when I pointed out being overcharged I was told that I was wrong and needed to learn where I went and got my education from even after adding it up showing them that it was done incorrectly and that I was actually right even the manager still insisted that I was wrong to the point that I handed over my food and asked for a refund after handing over my food they dump the food out on the counter to say that they needed to check to make sure I didnt eat any of it the most disrespectful place in the entire world I have never been treated or disrespected so badly in a restaurant then I was at this particular Burger King will never ever ever go back there again to the point I contacted their corporate office and complained even called the manager the next morning and was told that I was in the wrong kinda hard to be in the wrong when its simple math when you get 2 chicken sandwiches that are 2 for $5 and then you have a coupon 42 more chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for 599 and 2 large drinks that are each 2:19 a piece your orders shouldnt be almost $23 I was told repeatedly I added cheese to my order that was incorrect then I was told that I was wrong of course I was not wrong do the math one I know where I got my education from 2 Im not for sure where they got their education from butt one thing I do know I will never be back to that location again so disappointed to have ever then treat it that way customer service there is not any none of them should have a job there yet they will only be paid $15 an hour and they cant even do simple math go figure right

most disorganized, dirty, and extreamly slow fast food restuarant I have ever visited in my life. Food handlers wipped there nose with there hand and continued to handle food without the use of gloves. It took 18 minutes to get my 2 burgers and fries from the time I ordered them, and only had 3 other customers in the whole place at that time! Every order that was picked up ahead of me was wrong, customers were complaining as well as myself. Employees were arguing between them selves about every order, it was a joke. I love BurgerKing, but will never return to this location. P.S. I have had problems at this location many times in the past. This is the 1st time I have ever written a complaint about anything in my life, but this was so bad I felt I had to! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Just left this Burger King and food,as usual, was OK. However, the lady taking our original order made a mistake. No big deal, get to first window she makes correction, we move on. At next window we get a partial order and advise then that it was corrected at previous window. The lady at the window proceeds to tell in her headset "dont take any more orders at the window. If they dont do it initially they dont get it." Not only was this unprofessional and rude we DID order it initially and their employee made a minor error. I, personally, am unlikely to revisit this location if that is the attitude. Id hate to know how they act if someone places somewhat difficult order. Apparently having it your way comes with a free order of attitude on the side.

Its just plain ridiculous how all fast food nowadays just doesnt care about their jobs anymore!. Even the managers does NOT TAKE NO CONSIDERATION OF THEIR STUPIDITY JOB!!!!. I can say the ONLY person that should run this ragged ass burger king here is this older, caucasian lady that does the rigerster, she should be running the whole damn store!. Forget the rest of the inconsiderate!. Oh, and by the way, make sure you check inside out of your food, fries, cups, and the whole 9 yards!. They can be sooooo trifling!!!!!. And ALWAYS, ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPT JUST IN CASE YOU MAY NEED TO TAKE THEIR NASTY ASS TO COURT!!!!!.

Terrible experience, they closed the inside ard 8:30 and stated it was due to lack of staff. They got my order wrong and didnt know how to process a refund. The manager on duty came to the window only to see how I looked and began to talk loud about the whole mess up. Another employee came to give me my order, the bag split and fell outside and he had to make the order over, BUT he was the most polite and apologized, while the other window cashier and manager on duty steady more complained!

This Burger King has to be competing to be the worst in the city. Service at the counter is slow, 8 out of 10 visits I have experienced my items not as I asked for them or were completely the wrong item. Their floor in their kitchen area is never swept,and the employees like to stand stareing into Pluto land. Earth to the employees! Were hungry! Fulfill your job!

Absolutely horrible place to eat at or get take out from. Employee who was at drive through was yelling at someone on her personal phone. My food was thrown at me at the second window. My fries were 1/2 eaten & cold & the whopper was plain except the onions. & there was no straw.

Possibly the worst fast food experience ever. I just moved to the area, and Ive been here 3 or 4 times, hoping that the previous experience was just a slow day. But every time Ive come, either in the drive thru or inside, Ive had to wait about 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

Drive ture, sucked. Order a number# 8 and a number # 9 came to 16.80 .... 30 mins later they finally brought me my money to me. My grand baby was needing to go to the bathroom and all they could say was sorry. Madison Burger King sucks

They had major problem taking and filling orders. It took about 7 minutes to get our food. One person had to take food out to cars probably 20 times while we were sitting there.
