Terrible service and even worse food. It took almost an hour for our food, which was a couple chicken sandwiches and soups, and it wasnt like the place was packed with people. I couldnt even eat my sandwich. The bread was rock hard and the chicken was paper thin, dry, chewy, and inedible. Like a cross between shoe leather and microwaved beef jerky. I also watched our food sit under the warmers for the final 15 minutes of waiting while the waitresses walked by the plates. To cap it off we paid the $80 bill with a $100, and they chased us down in the parking lot claiming we only left $25? Dont waste your time with Flips

I work in the food industry so this will have to be a negative review. Went to breakfast at 12:30 pm. this Sunday afternoon. Waited 1/2 hour just for coffee. Ordered Eggs Benedict. Arrived cold with no Hollandaise sauce. Requested some and was told it would cost extra. The waitress brought it at the end of the meal and it was oil and butter mixed. Took 10 minutes for silverware. Had a coupon with us, and of course it was not honored. I do not blame this on out waitress. It was her 1st day and she was thrown to the wolves. Shame on the owners

Came from out of town... got a carry out order... no silverware, ketchup, jelly or anything of the sort.. asked for some and got a rude response.. get back from hotel to find no syrup for my pancakes. Thought it was common sense to put in syrup with pancakes with a carry out (I work at a restaurant as well). Wishing I could get my five dollar tip back! Food was blah

Friendly people, quality food, low prices. Never ending coffee and the omelettes are p e r f e c t every time. To top it off, Incredibly family friendly. I practically eat here every day, Youd almost think they pay me to come here.

Just the place for really good food, friendly service at a fair price. We had a great breakfast albeit quiet. Everyone was enjoying their food that much. We are going back again an would recommend Flips to everyone.

No excuse for a 75 minute wait time on simple breakfast food. Full wait staff, 4 people in the kitchen, plus a busser is more than enough staff to keep a 40 seat restaurant running. Apparently it doesnt cut it at Flips.
