HATE THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SLOW LONG WAIT NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I PRE ORDER A PIZZA AND PAID FOR IT AND WANTED IT FOR 630 I SUNT MY DAD TO GET IT AND HE SAID THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME COMING IN AND PAYIN FOR A PIZZA I WAS PISSED IT WAS A BIG SCREW UP ON THERE PART THE MANAGER SuCk SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE THIS PLACE IS RAN BY TEENAGERS WHO HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN A PIZZA PLACE HOT AND READY IS THE SLOGAN SHOULD BE SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NOTHINGS NEVER READY THEY WONT PICK UPBTHE PHONE EVEN IF U CALL YOUR ORDER IN THEY ARE NEVER READY AND THATS IFBTHEY ANSWER THE PHONE ONLY GOOD THING IS PIZZA IS 5 BUCKS AND U CANT TEACH THAT LOL SOMEBODY CORPORATE PLEASE I BEG YOU HELP THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE CUSTOMERS SAKE

Such a terrible place to go. Everyone is immature and doesnt take their job seriously. Manager tells workers to put down more food for the customers orders and they talked back in front of all the customers in there. Teenagers took over this place and its basically deteriorating. Workers listening to their phones, standing there talking, wearing inappropriate sunglasses when they are working. Its a complete mess. Do not go here, its a waste of time. My fiance and I went in there and ordered two pizzas, took close to 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Doesnt live up to the commercial set standards and should have a complete revamp of their workers to get this place running again.

I used to come here once a week. I will now travel to a different one because this place is ran by unprofessional teenagers. I called before I came but noone answered. When i went inside the young teenagers were walking around on there phone. One also listening to earbuds. All of them had su glasses on for some reason. The cashier even ran out to his car to get 3 pair. They didnt care at all. Three of them were grouped up in the left corner being so loud and laughing as me and other customers just looked at eachother. They stared at us instead of workering. Worst experience ive had at a place. I will never return. Corporate you need to do something.

Its okay. The service there is lacking in appeal. And the tiny customer area is not comfortable and always full of people. Recently I was given a 30 min wait for 1 cheese pizza. Not so hot & ready and that particular cashier was rude as f***. Thats not the first time I had service issues there. Once a manager totally let some lady who cut, order in front of me. He then gave me my order free after I called him out on it. High sodium & super gluten... but cheap pizza when Im in a hurry or have a bunch of kids over. So eh. They could seriously use to improve overall service.

I am a manager at this location.we do strive for customer excellence.to answer the question why we are not always hot and ready.1 is the high volume times.2. Because of our location we do get many big orders.we do prefer they are done over the phone but unfortuently many customers do not.which in retaliation takes the orders longer to push out.we always apologize for the inconvience.our customers are our primary concern.we thankyou for your business.
