Panera has really gone downhill. I used to go to this place for the delicious food, coffee, and ambiance but now it has drastically changed to mediocre smaller portioned food with bland tasting soups (Tomato being the only exception.) Watered down and I mean REALLY watered down coffee, so much so that no amount of sugar or creamer can help the tap water taste, do yourself a favor and save your money on the beverages, even the awesome green tea I use to love, now tastes identical to my coffee (Sugar water) The ambiance is sub par. They use to play really nice classical music with nicer decor. Now it all looks and sounds like a cheap over-sized Motel elevator. The one good and only thing I can say about Panera is that they have good customer service but some of their cashiers need to learn basic math. Some of these problems are not just in 1 location they are the majority of locations so the problem really lies with corporate greed. Congratulations Panera you have lost a very loyal customer.

Always treated well and if there was any issue with the food ordered they go out of their way to make it right and wish to retain all customers. Never an issue to do a substitution. I always order pastries in advance and pick up when I come for lunch. Always held for me and given with a smile and always fresh. I do not understand some of the reviews given. Usually a bad attitude is mostly started with the patron and not the storekeeper or staff.

I always love Panera anytime. This is a good location but the place needs a little love and cleanliness. The last couple of times j was here there was no sweet tea? I often come to find tables not bused very well and crumps in the seats. The service and food of course is always very good and fast. Wonderful bread and pastries. I just wish the potatoes soup was available all the time!

Trying to bless my previous coworkers with bagels and coffee (from a different state) but cant get anyone to answer the phone. Rings repeatly and then hangs up. Guess this Panera store can afford to just let money go like this.

Went to the Hermitage branch this week. As I had heard, the food was good, but I also heard the staff was impatient. They were right on both accounts. Meanwhile the staff in Rivergate is all smiles while being busier.
