I usually go through drive thru and call my order in. The phone operator is not someone from this specific location, its a nationwide operator, I believe, so its hit or miss on how friendly they are. The service at this location has always been great, they usually arent very busy on inside dining so theres plenty of seating if you choose to eat in. Great for parties! They have an all you can eat salad buffet during lunch. I love Pizza Hut because they are the only place that has Stuffed Crust available and their pizza is also extremely good and fresh when I pick up.

Went to Pizza Hut after a doctors appointment. Food was ok, however, everyone seems to be moving in slow motion. Our server told me I could get med thin crust Super Supreme. They served me and charged me for a large after I ordered the medium. I mentioned it and now she tells me thin crust is only large. I thought that was true, that is why I asked before ordering. I was reasured i could get medium thin crust. Upon receiving the bill i noticed they charged me for a large. I argued then after receiving a run around, felt duped again.

Pizza was fine, however I really wanted the salad bar also. Just had a craving for pizza and salad. Salad bar was fully stocked except lettus. Couldnt find any employees without yelling in the back so when our waitress brought food I asked if they could fill the lettus up. After they preceded to bring our food I was then told there was no "SALAD". Just wish I would have know when I order the salad 30 minutes prior. Then had to remind them to take it off the ticket twice.

Disgusting! floors were dirty almost slipped walking in the door then my wife found something floating in her drink. Wife went to the restroom when she came back she said there was a employee using the restroom when she went in there when the employee left they did not wash their hands she followed them out and they went into the kitchen. After all this we quickly fled the restaurant as quickly as possible

Called to order a pizza from here same as I have several times before. Today I Was told they dont deliver in my area which they have several times before and the store is 1.2 miles from my home? The lady answering the phone was very rude. Dont expect this place to be open much longer. Very disappointed.

I came in the store to place order for to go and they told me they are close, for friday night at 9:40pm and i dont understand it say they open until 12am. And they are rude not even say hi or sorry when i got there. And they give me that looked, so i just go.

This is a dirty and disgusting location. Although it is in a nice neighborhood with an interstate exit, there appears to be no attempt to keep the store clean or require employees to use proper hygiene.

Horrible service, no food, no buffet, no drink, no silver wear, and they wouldnt even give a discount. Everyone was waiting for food to come out and the workers were just in the back not caring at all.

I tried to dine in at 9:45 pm. Even though the posted hours are until 11 pm, apparently they close the dining area at 10. They thought it was already 10. I went to Applebees. They were glad to see me!
