This was my first time using this service, and I have to say, I was impressed. I saw a lot of negative reviews and was a little anxious, but I decided to give them a shot anyway. The time they quoted me was exactly one hour from the time I made the order. It was late, but only by 20 minutes or so. Not their fault. The restaurant I ordered from was very busy at the time I placed my order, so the delay was due to the restaurant, not Food Precinct. They called me twice to let me know that they were waiting on the restaurant to make my food. I really appreciated that. I hate not knowing whats going on with a delivery. Kudos for that. They were polite, kept me updated on the status of my order, and the delivery person was really polite. I would give them five stars, except I keep receiving emails regarding the status of my order from yesterday. Seems like a bug that needs to be fixed. Ive seen a lot of negative remarks about the delivery fees and charges associated with placing an order through them, but I think their charges are justified. For instance, the restaurant I ordered from was a Japanese steakhouse, not part of their network. But you have to ask yourself whether youre willing to pay extra for a company to fetch food from this restaurant for you or not. Keep in mind, they more than likely pay out of pocket for your food, and they need some way of assuring they wont lose money from idiots prank calling and sending fake orders that wont be paid for. What do they do with that food? They cant get a refund. They are out that money. Hence the extra charges. They have to make a profit somewhere. And for the reviewers who have complained about tipping the drivers, that delivery fee does not go to them. It goes to the company. It helps them make a profit. If youre not willing or able to tip your delivery driver, maybe you should pick up the food yourself. All in all, great experience. I love being able to order food from restaurants that dont offer delivery. Thank you, Food Precinct.

Between Facebook, website and app they explain its an online ordering only kinda place. Why all these bad reviews that they dont answer the phone when it clearly states in a few places that phones wont be answered and why!? Use the app! Throughout the online process there are plenty of spots for extra notes or wishes. So, we ordered thru app with a delivery time of 40min. Got text when order was confirmed, when driver arrived at restaurant, when driver left restaurant and when food was delivered. So much info! It was 10 min earlier then they had first estimated. Although it was a torrential downpour (hence the need for delivery) and we only kinda waved at the driver. He did say something about how he had tried to keep the food dry...he really had! I will use again. The app was fine and once we decided on a restaurant the rest was easy enough. Am spreading the word...it worked for us. Use the app! (Not affiliated at all...saw it on FB and doors of a restaurant just like most ppl will.)

The first review is from Sara H she worked for FP and was a great driver food was always hot and your order correct . The last 3 times we ordered every time it was wrong after the second Time I complained about the service . A lady called me and ask about my complaint . She told me they would give me a $15 credit thats about $0.50 on the dollar but better than nothing . 2 weeks later the guys at work wanted to order steak so we used FP. There was no credit . And are order was wrong agin . After completing this time the . Manager was going to get back to me with a refund or something . I still havent heard from him . After that I thought I would give them a bad reviews . And I saw FP had an employee write a review for them . Thats very dishonest. DO YOU THIS SERVICE

I use Food Precinct all the time. Yeah, its slightly frustrating that theres a phone number listed when its never answered, but it states that they dont have someone to answer it on the website, etc. Its online ordering only. Ive never had a problem. I always have them call because I have a large dog. Service is usually quicker than the "estimated delivery time" and the ONE time someone got something wrong on my order they turned around immediately and went to get it. Always super friendly and polite when I deal with them. Im a regular customer because I cant see well enough to drive. Id recommend them to anyone. Its really nice to be able to get food from whatever restaurant you want even when you dont have a way to get there.

Poor service. Weve used them multiple times. There have been more issues with them than positive experiences. Be ware of their updated site. Theyll trick you into tipping drivers. Also, service charge and delivery charge? Scamming money. Most of their agents are rude. They dont keep their available to order from restaurants updated. Causes huge issues and they take their sweet time contacting you. Theyre notoriously late and have gained that rep by alot of people, not just myself. Hopefully, they improve their business and customer service tactics. Ive heard talk of an established delivery company operating here and hopefully this is true and not rumor.

I live out in the border of city limits and county, past Northwestern Schools, and I use Food Precinct when I just simply do not feel like taking the drive all the way in to town just to take it back home and eat. The drivers keep in contact with me if there are any order changes, and even let me know if a restaurant doesnt carry and item anymore. They are kind people and they never fail to get my order to me fresh, hot and within the delivery time! I recommend for anyone in town or out of town who just wants to sit and relax and have their dinner too! Keep up the great work! My family will continue to order!

I absolutely recommend using Food Precinct! I promised my son I would bring him lunch to school one day, but was held at work well into my lunch hour. I did not want to disappoint my son so I called Food Precinct. I didnt know if that was something they could help with, but they helped me out without any problems. They quickly delivered my son lunch to his elementary school. I received alerts in form of text messages that let me know the status of the delivery. My son was so happy and excited to know his lunch was delivered by Food Precinct. Thank you Food Precinct for helping me in my food emergency!!!

This place is the worst!! I tried ordering online today, and they cancelled it, then called me and said it would be a two hour wait so by the time they placed the order the restaurant would be closed. .. why didnt their website say that? The time before that, I waited two hours (my estimated wait time was 45 minutes) then tried calling and was sent straight to voicemail. When I FInally got through, they said it would be at least another hour. This place is just extremely unprofessional, their website is never up to date, and they rarely answer their phone.
