Love it here! Today is kindness week and I pulled up in the pouring down rain ordered my food when I went to go pay they came and gave me my bag of food and my large lemonade and said your food is free its kind of the week I was Botler I didnt even know that existed I asked who else celebrates kindness week LOL ! Also.... at this location one particular thing that I absolutely love is the fact that it is ALL white people HANDLING my food. And anyone that lives in the places listed below believes the same thing they just, dont say it....? I dont know. I dont care. but I will for them. Anyone living in the areas of: Trussville, Mountainbrook, Vestavia, Hoover, Calera, Pelham, Basically the MAJORITY of Shelby County, UNLIKE Jefferson County, Knows when One pulls up to a "FAST-FOOD" Restaurant, or any restaurant in general, WANTS SERVICE & FOOD to be handled by a WHITE people; point blank. Call racist, but we just got done celebrating a whole month dedicated to black people. so my name is Katherine and Im just here to do a Google asks, which is to post our opinion. So here it is, in BLACK-AND-WHITE!

CFA should be in the business of training all who are in a service capacity. Their employees are polite and really know how to welcome customers so they will want to return. Since theyve added healthier choices to the menu, youre not limited to just sandwiches but I do miss their coleslaw. I do wish there were options to eat outside. Sometimes it can be crowded and noisy. The peach shakes are a summertime delight and thanks to my grandsons suggestion, I enjoyed my first peppermint shake this past winter. We look forward to our next visit.

I have lived in the Trussville/Pinson area for over 7 years now. The service I receive at the Trussville Chick-fil-A is just ok. Recently, I visited the Hoover Chick-fil-A twice in one week and the service I received there was less than ok (worse than Trussville). However, due to where I work I have the pleasure of frequenting the Lakshore Chick-fil-A and the service there is always IMPECCABLE!!!

This place never lets you down. Theyre doing it right! I live in the local area and when I think food, this place is always on the top of my list whilst some places nearby arent even on my list anymore. How you treat your customers is how you get to their wallets! We dont need a new food gimmick every week. We need people who care. Chick Fil A is the joint!

Everyone knows what youre getting with Chik-Fil-A. Great chicken and excellent service. Something special is going on at our local Chik-Fil-A though. We dont have a lot of great food places nearby, but this restaurant stands out. Worth a visit if youre nearby and in the mood for Chil-Fil-A.

This is literally my favorite Chick-fil-a across the four to five states I travel through on a regular basis. Even living 30 minutes away, I sometimes make it my business to drive to this one. I have never had an issue in the past two years! Two years, yall. This location is awesome.

My 4 year old son was shorted a nugget in his kids meal. Went to the counter to ask for the missing nugget. No fuss, no awkwardness. Just a smile and a girl handed me a full box of 4 nuggets. This is why Chick-fil-A remains my favorite fast food restaurant.

Excellent Chick-fil-A. Ive never had a bad experience here. Staff is always super courteous and the line moves quickly. The location can be a little bit of a pain to get in and out of, but thats not a knock that stars can really be subtracted for.

Chick-fil-a in a tight corner spot. Efficient, friendly as always, and excellent customer service! Line was wrapped around the building (almost 2 times) but we spent no more than 5 minutes (or less) placing and getting our order. (Breakfast)

They sure did miss the mark on the breakfast chicken burrito this morning. I opened the wrapper to see what looked like a severed limb. There arent enough "yes maams" or "my pleasures" to make up for this nastiness.

Both the food and the service are great. The downside to that is that its usually fairly crowded. If you arent familiar with the area, it can be a bit difficult to get in and out of due to the location and traffic.

As Chick-fil-a goes the food was as expected, but the service and the people were definitely better than normal. The inside has been redone and is very clean. $27 for 3 people.
