Visited Pizza Hut for the first time in a long time and it will absolutely be the last time. Went there because my nephew turned 16 and wanted a family dinner there. We had ordered 3 pizzas which took over an hour and 15 minutes to receive all 3. That wasnt even the beginning or worse part. I ordered a mountain dew to drink, get it and there was a black spec in it. Couldve been spice or couldve been bug, I dont know. Get new drink, the ice had something (probably mold) frozen in it. While waiting we ate breadsticks with cheese. Well, I luckily (so I hope) missed the hair in our dipping cheese sauce before noticing it. The person handling our table felt removing the breadsticks from our bill would be good enough. Then our pizzas finally arrive, 2 out of 3 anyway. Supposedlythe stuff crust pizza (specifically ordered for nephew) stuck to the pan and they had to remake it. Horrible experience. WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT ANY PIZZA HUT OR AFFILIATED COMPANIES

We ordered today for delivery and it took over an hour to get our pizza. I called after 45 minutes and the manager said ours was next to be delivered. I told him that we had to go back to work in 20 minutes and he assured me we would get our order asap. We had to take it back to our office and take turns eating lunch as we seen patients. I called to talk to the manager and was told he was on a conference call and he would return my call. I never got a call back. Im pretty sure the manager is the one who answered the phone to begin with. Not a good way to run a business. Oh and I was told by the delivery driver that they were out of large pizza pans. How does that happen when they had just opened 45 minutes prior to my order?

Completely lacking in customer service. I have been to this pizza hut several times and it always seems slow. Last time I ordered carry out and the employee cashing me out seemed to be more interested in telling staff she would fire them then focusing on cashing me out. I let that one go. Today we walked up seven minutes before opening only to be screamed at by a male employee saying "You have seven minutes before I unlock the doors to even let you into the store." I dont mind waiting but I do mind being yelled at. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this place. The pizza hut in Mars Hill seems to be the best one around this side of town. I have always had great service there.

This has been an awful experience! I called in an order to be delivered at 2 pm. At 3 pm I called and asked where they were and was told that my card had been declined so I have it again and they said it went through. Called at 4 pm and was told that they had just left and would be there soon. It is now 5 pm and I called and was told I have them the wrong adress (the woman in the phone read back my adress when she took my order) so my order was taken back and cancelled. It has been nothing but excuses and I will never older from here again. Own up to your mistakes and quit making excuses.

Im not from the area and cannot speak for the quality of the food but placing a holiday order by phone for one of our business customers was a disaster. It took 3 phone calls and speaking to 4 people to place the first order with disputes over the delivery address and whether or not they could deliver. The second order was identical, but it took 20 minutes and 4 different prices to complete. The manager that ended up helping us the first time was wonderful. The second time there was no manager on sight to help. We will probably use someone else next year.

Avoid this place at all costs! Anyone that knows me knows that I LOVE pizza. Too bad this place will NEVER get my business again. It took 5 minutes for someone to get my order in, then couldnt get my address down correctly and then put me on hold for another 2 minutes. The next person to come onto the phone ask for ALL of the information again and then wanted to know my order - WHICH I HAD AREALDY GIVEN! Im amazed at the poor service, but have the enjoyment knowing I wont have to worry about it anymore!

Was the only customer dining in and had to go and get my drink. Bread sticks were burned and there were tables that needed busting. Floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a couple of days and the carpet was so greasy you could probably ice skate on it. Will never go back.

Ordered pizza for carry out. Arrived and they had to history of our order??? Restaurant smelled so bad when I went in to pick up the pizza they did not make I was actually glad they didnt make it. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut.

Delivery was wrong- when I called, there was no apology, just "okay, do you want a remake or a credit"? I wanted my pizza to be correct the first time, thanks. As a vegetarian who received meat on her pizza, I was not exactly happy.

Placed an order for pickup and the employee never entered it. All they said was they dont know what happened and they could enter it and we would have to wait 20 min offered no discount or apology. Poor customer service.

Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever experienced...wait times of over 1hour for delivery and will not answer phone. Tried to cancel order and was hung up on 3 times...wasnt able to cancel. Even Dominos will answer the phone.

Took my entire family out, mom dad wife an baby. Son is 10 months old ask to buy one breadstick an was refused by manager, I explained for my baby he said he would sell me an entire order! Not very good buisness!!!!

Really bad service and the place smelled like dirty mop water. Very disgusting. Waitress didnt fill the drinks up had to do it myself.
