Worst customer service I have ever encountered, very rude staff. A guy called Eli was very rude and almost asked me to leave the store because I walked in around close time. Which I didnt even know they close at 10. I wouldnt have walked in to begin with if I knew they have 10mins to close. But regardless of that when I saw his attitude I told him ok fine we will just order from somewhere else, his answer was fine go ahead. On top of that I asked him for his managers or superior phone number he wrote it down on a menu, which turns out to be the restaurant phone number of course. Due to how inappropriate and inconvenient our experience was, I am definitely determined to call corporate to reach his superiors first thing in the morning. Obviously he doesnt care about the business or the reputation of the store he works at. I drove a mile down the street to order Pizza from one of the other competitors without mentioning the name. They were the friendliest people and staff ever. Will definitely never order from this Pizza Hut store again.

We have lived in Carmel for about two years and have Pizza Hut about once a month. The reason we have stayed loyal to Pizza Hut over the local pizzerias is the fact they always make up for their mistakes. This was lacking in the New York style pizzeria in the area. I dont want t-shirts for selling me a no-show pizza that had fresh cheese thrown on it and popped back in the oven! Lol Pizza in a half hour delivered on a Friday night is great, and fifteen for pick-up, awesome!

So ordered my food at 12:59 p.m. Got my delivery of wings and pasta, but my pizza was missing. Had to wait another 30 mins for my pizza and it was incorrect. I called the manager Christian and told him the mix up. He said "What do you want me to do, I already took off the pzza from your bill". Okay, so since it was free, I get to have a pizza that my kids wont eat because it was wrong. Thats nice. He ended up hanging up on me. I wont buy from here again

Always the best service and friendliest people around. Sometimes the delivery drivers will add extra breadsticks or cheese sauce that I didnt order and they are genuinely kind to my dog. I return just because they are so nice. I have never been a pizza lover in the past but when I get busy and need to order food, I always choose this location. Impeccable service goes a long way! Thank you, Pizza Hut!

I love Pizza Hut..But I will never go to this location again. I order the special Get two on the menu when you buy for 5.99. I ordered the medium and chocolate chip cookie got home and my pizza was over cooked and hard as my head. I was so disappointed because they are so close to me. I will go to 86th street before I will ever go back to this location.

Online order, said to pickup at 6. Order was FINALLY ready at 6:30, and they forgot all the dipping sauce. (Including the ones I paid extra for). Of course I didnt check there, and didnt find out until I got home. Staff seemed confused, not very polite. Skip this one if you can.

The price is based on phone no. Call with your number, if they say no specials hang up and call with *67your number(block caller id). If they ask for number, tell them some random no. And you will get specials if there are any.

Absolutely the worst costumer service. Completely messed up our order. When we called to ask what happened they got very rude and disrespectful, even hanging up in the middle of my sentence. Never ordering there again.

Ordered a pizza an hour before closing time, pizza never showed up. No phone call, no email, no warning, it just was simply never delivered. At least call the customer if you arent going to deliver their order.

No Pizza Hut delivers to our work thats at the corner of Meridian and 116th. Thats just crazy. Maybe it should not be given one star for that but I do like Pizza Hut and I depend on delivery service.

It took them 1 1/2 to get my pizza out for delivery - and they lie on the phone, they tell you any minute, and it takes them almost 2 hours. This is ridiculous. Will never order again.
