I dont think that I have ever waited more than 5 minutes for food here, and that is including the many, many times Ive gotten lunch during what has to be one of the busiest lunch hours at any (fast food) restaurant in Indy. These guys have their business down to a science in getting orders out as quickly as possible! 13/10 Would eat here again and again and again

It is always a good experience that any Chick-fil-A but particularly this one which is the one I go to mostly. Service is always efficient the drive thru microphone is extremely clear and services fast. Everyone is always so friendly I can see why theyre always so busy in the morning or afternoon. This is the way customer service should always be with everyone.

Super fast and great service! Order with the app from the Google play store and place your order and walk in hit ( Im here ) and grab your food. No waiting in line. If you dont download the app and wait in line its still fast even though the line wraps around the building everyday for lunch. I dont have to mention how good the food is... you know.

I dont know if they really invented the chicken sandwich but they have definitely perfected it. I love eating here. The service is always extra friendly and professional and whoever the manager on duty is always takes time to come wall the lobby and greet customers and check on them. Thats courteous and caring service.

Chick-fil-A on 86th street is always fabulous. I have never had a bad meal there. The owners are kind they donate food every year for kids who are disabled during the fall festival in Zionsville. I have been coming to this location since they opened my 11 grandkids favorite place to eat.so go there often.

I think I might be addicted to this place. The chicken is Chick-fil-a quality, i.e. its delicious but pricey, and the Chick-fil-a sauce will rock your world. The store is usually pretty clean (except some dirty tables during the lunch rush), and the staff is all friendly. I come here too much.

I used the awesome mobile app! They have really improved it to make it so much easier to use. I. Ordered at my office and the last stoplight from arriving I pressed"Im here". I walked in and it was sitting there ready for me. When youre on your lunch break not waiting in line is wonderful!!

I get lunch here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly (some even know my name and order) and quick. I use the app to order ahead most of the time. The only downside is the location. Around noon, it can be frustrating to navigate getting in and around the parking lot.

Very nice staff and is pretty clean. Refills are almost impossible when the location, but they are very apologetic. Food gets done very quick. I will say that Im not sure if Chick-fil-A gets their chicken from a responsible place so you may want to think twice about coming to one.

Fast service, great food, as Ive come to expect with Chick-fil-A. This location doesnt disappoint. Although they recently announced theyre taking the spicy chicken biscuit off the menu, I think theyre able to do their food so well because they dont have a lot of variety.

I work at the hospital so this was a frequent stop but not anymore. My last 3 visits have been less than good. No soup, freezing cold fries I ask for sweet tea and receive unsweetened soggy buns. Its sad because Chick fil a is amazing but this I have never experienced.

This is the best location Ive been to in Indy and I love the staff here. I wouldnt dare go to a different Chick-fil-A only because Id feel like Ive cheated on something so good. Great customer service and tasty food!!!

This location is called College Park. Its at Keystone at the Crossing. The service was SUPER fast and the line was extremely long. They did a great job serving about 50 cars and a lobby full of people at lunch time.
