Sushi Palace seems to be a pretty popular spot for AYCE. My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday at around 2:30 and the place was filled. Luckily, we only had to wait about 10 minutes. Upon the recommendation of my boyfriend, we skipped the cooked foods. Hes been here before and said they werent good. Which is okay - I wasnt there for any of that teriyaki nonsense anyway - I was purely interested in the sashimi, which tasted fresh. My favorite was the white tuna but you should know - the size of a piece of their white tuna sashimi is about half the size of a regular piece so if youre going to order this, you might want to order double. The rolls are just alright - I would probably skip these because theyll only fill you up quickly anyway. Tip - they dont have tuna sashimi. I mistook albacore for tuna but really, it was just a mysterious piece of fish seasoned with A LOT of pepper. This place is kind of out of the way but if I were ever in the area for some reason, Ill deffo be back when that sushi craving hits (which is pretty often)!

OKAY. ITS SIMPLE. Call ahead, Make reservations, you will be seated immediately. Also, yes, the service isnt exactly amazing. ill order a bunch of appetizers and only a few of them will come. Its nothing a simple reminder to the waiter or waitress cant fix. The place is usually really busy - so of course the staff is going to have their hands tied. After getting over the fact that the service isnt exactly amazing, the fact that the price you pay (after tax its always about 22 bucks with a soda or something) for sushi made to order is just awesome. Its always good - especially the rolls with toasted eel (like the yummy roll). All you can eat option includes appetizers - the spicy seaweed salad and udon are very, VERY good. I have been here countless times, and although I am contiunally disappointed with the mediocre service, the redeeming quality of the sushi and delicious food completely makes up for it. suck it up, get over the mediocre service, go and eat massive amounts of sushi for 20 bucks you wont regret it.

All-you-can-eat-sushi....made to order. LOVE this place. They have sashimi on the AYCE menu which is certainly a reason for one of the stars you see above. The cost is inexpensive. I ate there 3 days in a row, since I was here on business, I wanted to get my fill. Yes, I have an addiction to sushi. But seriously, it was cheaper to stuff my face here than to order groceries. And at least I felt like I was eating somewhat healthy. I had just about everything on their AYCE menu. I wasnt disappointed in anything. While their basic rolls were just that, basic, it was still damn tasty and still worth pigging out on. I probably drove them nuts with the amount of squid and white tuna sashimi I kept ordering, but you have never seen me eat squid...I just cant get enough of it. Its like the first high, over and over again, lol. Dont do drugs kids, eat sushi. If you want a lot of sushi without breaking the bank, then visit this place

My girlfriend and I have been frequenting Sushi Palace since it opened. Their selection of sushi is by far the best in the area, surpassing the quality of U-Yee by leaps and bounds. The all-you-can-eat aspect of it really makes it a great place to try new rolls, but be aware that they will charge a nominal fee for anything left on your plate (within reason; theyre not going to charge you for having 2 pieces left.) Weve taken all of our friends and found it to be a great spot for lots of people to eat together. The restaurant is BYOB so feel free to bring any alcohol you wish (this is great for the college students in the area.) Make sure that you try the EDISON ROLL the next time you go there (Shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, cucumber, topped with shredded spicy crab - its out of this world!) The service has improved quite a bit since they first opened - dont be afraid to call a waitress over, and order little portions at a time.

Service was just horrible. They missed some of the food we checked off and waited so long for the food to come out. Waiters need to learn courtesy. Dont just slam the plate, bowl or whatever dining ware you are serving onto the table and rudely walk away. One reviewed said he "was begging for water." That is no surprise, I was so thirsty and it was soo hard for them to get their attention. How hard is it to check up on the guests every 15-20 minutes? I dont want to be waiting for more than half an hour. While still seated at the table, the waitress quickly took the checkbook, quickly opened to see her tip in front of us, then started wiping down the tables as if she was rushing us to get us out of the place--while still seated!!. WAIT UNTIL WE LEAVE! I REALLY HOPE THE MANAGERS, STAFF, WAITERS/WAITRESSES AND WHOEVER WORKS THERE READ THESE REVIEWS-AND IMPROVE!

Went there on New Years 2011. Very crowded. Very small waiting space. Tables weren't sturdy. Value is okay if a bunch of people come with an empty stomach! It's pretty expensive for adults($20.95 on weekends). Service was okay, but sometimes it took a while to get the attention of a waiter/waitress. If you don't finish the extra food when you order the buffet though, they will charge you and that's what they almost did to us. The waitress sounded very mad when she told us that next time they would charge us extra for not finishing a bowl of noodles and little servings of seaweed. Ruined the night for us and went home very mad. Otherwise, the food was good for the value, but the sushi sometimes fell apart because the seaweed was not wrapped fully, rushed, etc. Would recommend if you could finish every single thing you eat!

This place would get 0 stars if that was possible. If your looking to have a fun night with some friends and eat good food, DO NOT GO TO sushi palace. Sushi palace offers the worst customer service. They "forgot" our orders more than 3 times and even after we told them that we didnt get our orders they still didnt bother to give us the meal we payed for. They also only refilled our drinks once for the whole time we were there. To top it all off they overcharged on my friends card for a tip that we were going to give on the side and when we asked for am explanation they send a waiter that cant even speak proper english. Dont forget the food is also subpar. Plus I didnt get my ice cream which im still really mad about. Do not go here. Try another sushi place or another sushi palace.

Highly underrated. You can come here and get a few things on their menu or try their $22 all you can eat menu of sushi, sashimi, salads, soups, appetizers, and deserts. You wont find lobster or soft-shell crab on the menu, but they do not skimp out on the fish whatsoever. Everything appears very fresh and of great quality. Service is good and Ive never really felt like I was being rushed out, although they are very quick in serving the food. Atmosphere is clean but you might be seated a little close to others when the restaurant gets full (which is practically every night). Not the environment have intimate conversations in, but I havent found a place to beat the quality and quantity for $22. Also, BYOB.
