Unfortunately, I called and placed an order for a pizza at this location. The pizza was delivered and it looks like someone had dropped it on the pavement and picked it up in mud. It was overcooked. It looked gross. The crust was burnt. The edges were burnt. I called the location is what with the manager and he explained to be that it was the pizza making machine. He tried to describe to be the way that they made this pizza and I responded by telling him that that was not my issue my issue was a gross Pizza. I havent gave them the opportunity to remake it and we deliver it. The pizza arrived swiftly however the doough was not cooked thoroughly. I then called and informed them that I would be in to get a refund. However time will not allow me to get to the store on this day. So about 9:12 p.m. on Thursday night while watching how to get away with murder I decided I would give them another opportunity. When I called I was informed that they would be making no more pizzas for me. If this is the service that they ordered two persons they should be closed. I am not the first person to experience this problem. But I will be the one who shows up at the corporate office tomorrow to file my complaint and ask them to replace their pizza of making machines. This was the worst experience I have ever had in delivery service and customer service.

Customers service is awful and super slow. I ordered my pizza at 6:47 pm and at 9:05 Ive not received it yet. I called customer service and she asked me what was my question and I ask her if she was kidding and then I ask to speak with a married and I got April, customer service super she said and she was just as bad as the customer service rep and I told her that and all she did was laugh and said thank you and I said the same in return and ask for the order to be canceled. I ordered a Large Hand Tossed, Garlic Buttery Blend Finisher, classic Marinara, Green Peppers, Premium Salami. After I paid the guy I took the pizza to the kitchen and opened the top. The pizza had old dried hard Salami and it did not have the green peppers on it. It was luke warm and tasted like I had warmed it up from yesterday, like left overs. No Im done. Ill call Papa Johns or any other pizza join but the losers at Pizza Hut won;t care, until the business closes and they lose their jobs.

Absolutely terrible service the workers are rude the manager is rude they told me it would take an hour for my pizza too get here and here I am waiting 3 hours still no pizza on to of that the manager in the background was cursing at me the whole time when she thought the phone was on hold and they want even give me a refund. Im super mad right now will not be ordering here no more yall really should be shut down or different workers for real!!!!

The driver was very un professional, he came to my house i was down the street and he drove off when i pulled up.. and said he couldnt wait. I do not appreciate that. He said they were too busy and his supervisor said he had to leave.. HE didnt call his supervisor when he was 30 mins late and my food was cold.. he didnt call then. I will never eat there again.. thats an promise.

I received a pizza from this location that looks like it was 3 hours old , I called back and the manager said that they would take my name and that they would replace my pizza. Now I called to get my pizza replaced and the supervisor said that they dont write down names , that I would have to purchase another pizza! NEVER Again will I be visiting this location!

Horrible Location! Weve given them several tries and each time our food made incorrectly and has to be remade, our orders have been delivered over 30 mins late and the drivers always forget things youve paid for. The staff (including the managers) all have horrible attitudes. I dont know how this location stays in business! Avoid if you can!

I came in and ordered pizza and wings i waited 1 hour for a pizza that was said to be ready in 15 min and wings that they ran out of 2 hours ago. The guy that came and showed me my pizza didnt work there and it was about 15 people in the back that didnt work there but were hanging out with friends. I know this is the hood but thats unacceptable

Wrong pizza order, Half veggie lovers and half supreme pizza. Pizza arrived without sauce and a few onions and green peppers at best. I called to complain was told they would deliver another pizza about 9:30pm saturday night, its 10:28 a.m. the next morning still waiting.
