Good ol Chick-fil-A. This place never lets me down. Yeah, they are extremely busy majority of the time but unlike other places they have enough staff to handle to rush. Customer service is always spot on, they really make sure you leave happy. Ive had a couple of messed up orders over the years but they are always quick to fix it and normally give me a coupon for a free sandwich or whatever if my order was wrong. The ONLY downside to Chick-fil-A is they are expensive. I know that if I go by myself to eat, I can expect to pay $8-$10 for chicken sandwich meal. Oh and theyre closed on Sundays. They miss out on alot of money because of that. Whatever, not my problem. Cheers!

Ive only ever eaten at a Chick-fil-A once before, several years ago, and I didnt like what I had. But when someone told me you could get a free sandwich with their app, I decided to try it again and Im glad I did. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by some of the things they do there - like deliver your food and clear your tray - that other fast food places dont. My fries were cold, but the rest of the food was really good and the cookie looked phenomenal! Overall, very happy I decided to give them another try!

I eat here at least every week. Chick-fil-A is pretty much the best at everything. From customer service to the taste of the food to an enjoyable dining experience, you cant beat it. But this location is a step above the rest. You can tell they hire quality employees and the management and owner take pride in running a great restaurant.

Unsure if this is a corporate location, but they had 30 count nuggets for $10 before most other places knew it existed. Definitely one of the better if not top 5% of all chick-fil-as. Great service. Not quiet as excellent as some of those old crazies down in rural Georgia at the heart of chick-fil-a. But definitely 5 star.

One of the best fast food places to grab a quick bite. There was a line but it moved along fairly quickly. Cashiers were very friendly and took order. Even tho the order was for more than 10 people, food was ready in a few minutes. Food was warm and delicious. Everyone in our group was full and satisfied with their meal.

The parking lot for this location is tiny, so it makes it difficult to find parking when the drive thru line is long, but people are usually really good at letting you get a spot. The staff members are so very nice and quick and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Janet is a very nice employee! This location nails it for great dine-in or drive-thru service. I had the classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries and sweet tea here; it all came out hot and quick. The tables are clean and it it easily accessible off Old Hickory. 5 stars

Me and my girlfriend had eaten here together, and I asked ourselves. Why dont we eat here more often? The food here is amazing! If youre craving chicken, this is your go to place. The staff are also very friendly and seem like they love working there! I shall be back!

Super staff, the playroom is always clean, and the food aint too shabby. Plus, their theme events are amazing. If you sign up for their text message list, youll hear about things like Daddy/Daughter date night, Kid Day, and Valentines Banquet. I really like this CFA!

The food is delicious, as expected at a Chick-fil-a, but this store has by far the best service Ive ever experienced at a fast food restaurant... Employees are super friendly, fast, and clean. Bravo to the owner of this restaurant for hiring a superb staff.

Food was delicious and hot. Short line so I got my food pretty quickly. Super clean location and a very nice elderly woman kept checking on me I guess because I was eating alone. She was so sweet just like my sweet tea. I wish I could remember her name.

Great food as always from Chick Fil A. It is a very clean store that is well run. They routinely have someone taking orders in person which I like a lot. It seems to speed things up. This location can get crazy busy.

The customer service is excellent here. If it is busy, they will bring the food to your table. They have someone walk around and refill your drinks. This by far is the best customer experience you could have.

Drive thru review: Always seems really fast even considering the large number of vehicles they have going through. Never had an issue with orders. Expect the same quality of food as every other Chick-fil-a.

Service was awesome! If you are dining in, they bring the food to you. Everyone was very nice and asked if we needed refills or anything and even talked with us. My kids enjoyed the play area too!

Drive thru can be 6 cars deep and it still takes less time then any other drive thru with just 2 cars in front of you. Everyone seems to truly enjoy their jobs and glad to handle special orders
