Sorry to say this is not the first time... I placed my ordered online. 1 hour for delivery. I have to call them an hour and 15mins later and was told that it would be another 45 minutes. 2 hours for pizza delivery is unacceptable. (Ordered Thursday after 7pm) Dont promise what you cant deliver. The resolution offered tonight was that I could pick up my ordered that had already been sitting there for at least 15 minutes, most likely longer... for $10 off. Unacceptable.

Ordered from here for first time yesterday, got home and realized they barely put any toppings on the pizza. Order again today, and they screwed it up again. Now waiting on them to remake pizza. No discount or anything. Ill go to Hot Box down the road from now on, this Hut location sucks. Update: they cant even get the remake right. This place is a joke

No wonder Pizza Hut will soon be out of business. Worst pizza I ever had and it cost more than Papa Johns or Dominos, which is way better. They screwed up my toppings and barely put any cheese when I ordered extra and paid for it. Pizza was overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Dont ever eat here!

Wesley took my order over the phone. A lot of times people just "phone in" these orders, but Wesley not only listened to my requests but he also followed through. Thanks Wesley! It may seem like a small gesture, but great customer service is appreciated in all forms.

Ordered pasta and tasted like garbage. Was either over cooked or not cooked enough. Also had a pizza with split toppings and the toppings were everywhere. Was not happy at all with this order

They mostly get my order correct, which is better than most pizza places but they dont usually have the pizza done at the time I specify during call ahead orders... Usually 15 -20 min late.

They put as few toppings as they can get away with on their pizzas. It is great if you want bare crust.
