I know this location has only been open a couple of weeks, but I have problem with the crew that works Night-Shift. We have been during the day to eat lunch and the restaurant is clean, service is fast, and everything goes pretty smoothly. However, at night....its a different story. There is always food on the floor and tables (in HUGE PILES.....so its built up over several hours), Team Members keep talking to each other and will only acknowledge you as a customer when they feel like, and I am kind of scared I am going to get food poisoning from the night crew. I have watched an employee cutting meat wipe his nose on his sleeve, and then continue cutting and a team-member serving customers hide a drink behind the counter and then pull it out an drink it while he thought no one was looking......ALL of this is against the Health Code in Jefferson County. Also team members are slow to check you out, and one girl kept talking and not ringing up my order after she had my debit card in her hand....took her a good five minutes, with me staring at her the whole time to finally stop talking and ring me up. I was under the impression this was fast food..... I will go here during the day, but I will NOT be going back at night and the night shift really needs to get their act together or get fired.....

the only reason im giving this place 2 stars is because of the food. the food is great or i wouldnt bother getting lunch here. the service is the worst i have ever experienced. i have probably been there 10 times now since this location has opened and every time this one girl is there that serves us and she doesnt even ask "what can i get for u today" or "white or brown rice" she just stares at u until u say what u want. shes also slow as molasses... i dont know how she hasnt been fired yet. almost everyone in there moves like sloths. also theyre trying to cut back now... on everything. they hardly put anything on there anymore. they started out charging u $1.95 for guacamole but still put a butt load on there. now theyre still charging u $1.95 and putting just enough on ur food to barely fill up a little side cup. i asked politely if they were trying to cut back or something and the cashier said "yes we got in trouble." oh thats professional. if ur putting that tiny of an amount of the most exciting part of my meal dont charge me $1.95 for that amount?!? i wonder if its just the trussville location doing this or all locations. in all the staff is completely rude and slow and unprofessional.

I ate here for the first time today. Not crazy about it. Prefer Moes. The chips were stale and the food that needed to be warm was lukewarm. Then they were taking the temp of the salsa which I didnt understand because salsa can stay out for a while--it has so much acid. They needed to raise the temps on their hot ingredients--meat, beans, rice, etc.

I have loved Chipotle for years. I went to this location when it first opened and the line was very long and portions were small. The second time I stopped, they were out of chicken. I did not wait the 20 minutes for it to be ready. Last night, things were finally normal. They seem to be getting better organized.

Cashier was on her phone and not paying attention and seemed entirely disinterested in serving me. Was not given lettuce on my tacoes, and was given a small side cup, which was barely enough for one taco. Poor first impression of service.

The staff could be friendly and engaging. I received a better greeting from a customer as I walked in. The portions could be better as well. Sigh I spent $11 on a burrito and hardly tasted the meat.

Customer ahead of me was being completely disrespectful and rude at the employees. They handled themselves very professionally and tried to accommodate all her outrageous demands. Bravo!
