My experience was awful. They rushed me and made me feel like my order was an inconvienance to them. They were rude. They forgot my drink, sauces and all of my food was cold. When i went back to get my drink, they took their time and talked for a few minutes, and gave me an attitude. I was calm collected, kind and upheld my manners. It was also my first time there and will definitely suggest that no one eats here. Lost this customer big time. This restraunt disapointed me. Just horrible. Not worth the money I spent!

Went in one night to get a to go order, and I couldnt believe how friendly all the staff were, even ones who werent waiting on me. Very refreshing to say the least. Got my order promptly and it was still warm when I got home. P.S. The chicken was good and I will definitely visit again.

Worst chicken in Middle TN. Ive given this restaurant multiple opportunities to prove my experiences wrong, instead they just prove their incompetence over and over again. KFC is right across the street, Id recommend heading there instead if you need a quick meal.

Tried again to give them some business and 2 hrs before close they are out of 2/3 of the sides I ordered and needed an extra 15 min to cook my "special order" of white meat....not my first bad experience at this location but for sure my last.

Every time I come to this store I wait more than 20 minutes! They are never apologetic! I waited in the dining room and in the Drive thru outside. The staff doesnt care nor does the management. Never coming back this is enough!!!!!!!!

2:30 in the afternoon August 12 and the place was filthy. 1 clean table and bathrooms were disgusting. Waited on by a manager ( blue button up shirt). Lazy lazy lazy! Love Popeyes but wont be back to that location.

The food has always been good, I mean you know it is cooked to order, many times you pull up and they bring it to you. The biscuits they serve would please my granny. Service has always been friendly.

I love Popeyes but this location is my least favorite. The food is not as fresh as it should be. The service is not great either. Hopefully they will get things turned around soon
