I usually love Popeyes. I get off work at 10pm and go down the road to Popeyes in Carnel and I wasnt aware of the closing time.. So I thought Id still try the drive through and if its closed I guess nobody would even try to take my order. So I pull up and I hear a man say "hi welcome back to Popeyes what can I get for you today?". Cool! Yay! Its open! And so I place my order and I get no response. They decided to stop taking my order in the middle of my order. So after 5 min I just pull forward to the window because maybe he thought I was finished with my order. (I just wanted chicken tenders lol) and this woman stares at us and mouths "we are closed" and Im like ???? And she puts up both hands to say "closed at 10" LOL why did they take my order then like what even. So yeah not fun..

What an authentic taste of the south...and by south I mean downtown Atlanta. Rude staff is always out of something and says its gonna be 15min for something ridiculous like biscuits. When you pull around to pay they wont even make eye contact or take your money they move around there at a snails pace then when they do come to take payment and bring your food they act like youve inconvenieced them somehow by being there. Theres a reason Popeyes used to only be in the ghetto and even failed there. Customer service guys!

Always double check your order when going through the drive through. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal and I ended up with a kids popcorn chicken meal. How do you mess that up?! Also, the staff are extremely rude. If you ask a question of any kind, theyll give you a look and tone as if youre inconviencing them. Not only that, when they do manage to get part of your order correct, it takes at least 15 minutes. Absolutely horrible. Dont waste your time.

I typically dont eat fried foods, but I had a taste for chicken and was in the neighborhood, so I thought I would try Popeyes -- my first time. I wanted a quiet spot where I could have a bite to eat and do some reading. It was a very pleasant experience. The employees were polite and helpful, the atmosphere and noise level were nice, and the food was delicious. All in all, very enjoyable. I will go back.

This place cant get an order right I just left and got a 5 piece meal with only three pieces and no sauce like I asked its crazy how these people can operate with only half the brainpower of a small animal this place is a joke and this isnt the first time this has happened avoid this place if you want to get what you ordered

Let me start with saying I witnessed a staff member insult the intelligence of a customer and asked him to do work for her. If you want authentic southern food go elsewhere. If you want nasty Detroit trash then come get it while its hot.

Awful service. After giving this location several tries I have realized you should avoid lunch hour, and if its after 9pm forget about it. The staff is checked out and they say they are out of everything.

Bad attitudes and wrong orders. Order a 5 piece, I get charged for 5 and get 3. 4 times now. I asked for the other 2, she gave me attitude before coming back and angrily handing them to me. Awful place.
