Hopefully I dont have to post any stars. (as it turns out, I had to give it a star, bummer.) It doesnt deserve it. I stopped in around 6pm with my daughter. There was a puddle in front of the mens room that extended into the bathroom. Nothing seemed to be leaking at the time. I dont want to think about what the puddle was. There were paper towels thrown on the floor and the trash was overflowing. To top it off, there was a sign saying that the bathroom is checked every 30 minutes for cleanliness. It must have been a rough 30 min since the "last check." Then I moved to the dining room. There was no one there but the place was disgusting. trash on the floor and all but two of the tables had either trash or food/liquid on them. We didnt even feel comfortable sitting down. On the plus side, the food came out very quickly. Of course it was old and cold. If I hadnt been so grossed out by being there I would have taken the food back for a refund. I called and talked to the manager and she said "OK." Of course she was there and knew this already. I called the next morning to talk to another manager. She said, "OK. Sorry for the trouble." I wont be back!!!!

This is the worst place I have ever been too. Went there last night in drive thru there was a car ahead of me and another car getting ready to pull in we sat at the drive thru for 5 to 10 mins and no one helped us so I backed out went to the front got out of my car to go in and two employees were sitting in a car smoking one girl had a headset on and the other didnt well they tell me they are closed in done in that drive thru is open and I said well u got ppl in drive thru and no one is helping they said ok so I go back to drive again Im waiting no help after 5 mins the girls walk back in and start helping. I get to the window got my food which was all wrong. I asked the girl name Kara to write her name and the other ladys name down and give me corporate number well instead of her doing that Kara begins to be rude and say Ill give u ur money back and u can go somewhere else in a rude tone. I was not happy with how I got treated there they are rude, slow, and managers let their employees do whatever they want. I will not be going back.

Managements fault!!!! Sign says they open at 10:30. Had to knock on the door at 11:10. The open sign was off. Chairs were still on tables and Im not sure why, the floor was filthy. 3 workers in the whole place. Behind the counter was filthy. After watching two people behind me get my food, I asked about mine and finally got it. No Iced Tea No forks out. No Taco Bell Hot sauce. Really??? Finally some guy, I assume the manager, came in and put the remaining chairs down. Half were already put down by the customers there. He disappeared. Why he didnt jump right in and help escapes me. I felt the three workers were doing the best they could considering the situation and were very polite. This was NOT the workers FAULT!! I felt bad for them. This ones ALL on the OWNERS and MANAGEMENT.... Like one of the previous reviews mentioned, they should just shut it down and regroup as I feel they are causing more harm than good.

OKAY LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS DISASTER OF A TACO BELL. FIRST OF ALL MY CHICKEN QUESADILLA WAS SO POORLY MADE. THE OUTSIDE SLICES WERE JUST TORTILLAS WITH TWO PIECES OF SHREDDED CHEESE INSIDE. MY DOUBLE STACKED NACHO CHEESE TACO HAD BARELY ANY NACHO CHEESE AND TWO PIECES OF LETTUCE. TWO. PIECES. IF I WANTED A BLAND FLIMSY TACO I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ONE. AND LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE WORST PART OF ALL. THEY GAVE ME FIRE SAUCE INSTEAD OF HOT SUACE. I HAVE A TRADITION AND IT WAS RUINED TONIGHT. I LOVE TO DROWN MY TACO BELL IN THAT DELICIOUS HOT SAUCE BUT I WAS TORN FROM MY RIGHT TO DO SO. The only reason this Taco Bell and KFC gets one star is because the biscuit was pretty good. *mic drop*

Worst KFC Experience. Was told to wait for my food,which I have already paid for, and after waiting 20mins I went to check what is taking so long. Employees were all outside smoking, was told to wait another 15mins. I asked to cancel my order and give my money back. They refused to move so I went to see their manager. The manager didnt apologize and said he would give me back my money. After waiting 10mins the manager came out with a bucket of barely warm and dried out fried chicken and handed it to me and went back inside. Took me another 10mins to try returning the food back and get my money. Service here is slow, rude and unethical. Would not be suprised if this place gets shut down.

I wouldnt send my most hated enemy to this location. The employees are the rudest people youll ever encounter. I have tried ordering from this location 4 times over the course of 6 months. Each time I order, which is chicken poppers and potato wedges, they get it wrong. Either they forget one of the two items or like one time, completely skipped my meal until everyone else had been served. I asked about why I received my food last even though I ordered first and was told, Sorry. Again, its a pattern in the area at the fast food restaurants hire horrible people that should not be dealing with customers or food.

I work around the corner from this place. It is the only kfc in the area and i like to get my famous bowl fix from time to time. Well everytime i have ever came here with my coworkers, who also need to get their kfc fix. Theres always a issue. The drive thru isnt open, the restaurant itself isnt open when it is supposed to be, taco bell is down, kfc is down, no cookies, no chicken. The excuses never end. The food is terrible and the service is worse. No ice and the drinks taste aweful. It tasted like cough syrup. They are never prepared! At least they remembered my cookie today.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I just tried to go through the drive thru and was told they are going through a "shift change" at 6:39 on a Saturday evening and I would have to come inside for service. Yes please let me take my three young children out of my vehicle and drag them into your establishment THAT HAS A DRIVE THU so your job is easier. If you had the time to tell me you "arent accepting drive thru orders" you could have already taken the order. I gave my business to someone else. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...you should be ashamed.

Waited 25 minutes for food, food was cold and was not good. Didnt have cookies that was supposed to come with meal, I had to ask for it and they was out so they gave me some fried dough ball that was nasty. The lids didnt fit cups, dining room a mess, we had to clean our own table, no napkins, went to bathroom to get a freaking napkin. The manager said they were working short. Trash was over flowing in trash cans. The worst service I think I have EVER had at a restaurant..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! An insult to both KFC and taco bell.
