My boyfriend and I walked in about 15 minutes before they were about to close. We ordered the hungry plate, and got two teriyaki dipping sauces, and a side of mac n cheese. I asked the guy working the register how hot inferno actually was, and he let me have a container of that sauce as well, so that I could taste it. The two sauces we had were delicious, and very flavorful. The main thing I would like to say is the guy politely explain to me that they didnt have any more Mac n cheese made because they were getting ready to close. While I was figuring out a different side to substitute it for, he went and talked to his manager and a cook, and they made a whole thing of Mac n cheese just because I had ordered it! Along with the mix of going back in forth of having it, and not, and then having it being made for my order, they also gave me a HUGE container of it to take some home with me for FREE. As we were walking out, 2 of the employees asked me if I wanted a to go box. I work in restaurants myself, and although this is not exactly a sit down restaurant, this place has outstanding customer service. Along with the Mac n cheese being delicious, the chicken tasted as fresh as can be along with the sauces, and we were in there 15 minutes before they closed. I couldnt give this place any negative feedback. Everyone and everything was amazing!

Weve made this our new chicken place. The wings and tenders are juicy without being greasy. The wings themselves, are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside; while we didnt notice a lot of flavor, its enough to be good. The tenders are also crispy without being dried out like several other places. I usually get the mango habanero, which is sweet before the light heat hits, and the cayenne ranch, which isnt hot at all. She gets the barbecue and ranch dipping sauces. We have come to the conclusion they must be putting crack in their food, because even though we get full from the 5 and 5, we cant stop eating. The fries are perfectly seasoned. The fried mushrooms are fantastic, I believe they are battered in a similar batter as the tenders, theyre light and crispy when fresh, and still great when saved for later if you dont finish them. While Slim Chickens is a little on the pricey side, the food is worth it. If youre unsure if you want to spend the money, do as we did and order the 3 & 3 (3 wings & 3 tenders) to give them a try. Although we usually get ours to go, we have eaten inside a couple times and the staff is friendly, service is fast, everything is prepared fresh when you order it, not sitting under a heat lamp or holding area. The restaurant was also clean when we visited.

We love Slim Chickens! We recently discovered this place while passing through Murfreesboro. We live thirty minutes away in another city and make a trip JUST for this place! The chicken is great and the portions are large; they have excellent wings and chicken tenders. Every side weve tried has been very good (and again, portions are large; the fried okra side feeds two or three people). We love the sauces, especially the sweet red chili. Its also a nice, clean and comfortable place to eat, very bright and open with lots of seating. The staff are friendly and the service is really good. Well be back often - I wish there was one in our hometown!

Wonderful food AND service. Move over Zaxbys, this place blows you away. Our first time here. First off, they have allergy alerts on the outside of the dessert fridge and the manager took the time to go find out the ingredients for me before ALLOWING me to order it. The chicken tenders were great with the slim sauce and the cayenne ranch sandwich had great flavor to it. Absolutely one of the best sides of creamy cole slaw I have had. I cant believe this is fast food. I dont mind paying a little more for food this good. I wish they had one of these in Chattanooga!!!

Me and my Wife have made this an every weekend stop. Travelling 45 minutes from Franklin to Murfreesboro may seem like a lot for a food stop, but this place is absolutely worth it.. The Rasberry Tea is spot on and goes perfectly with their chicken strips. Fries are amazing and their BBQ sauce has its own little TWANG unlike any other! Wonder if they may sell it by the bottle

Man, this place is a "Catch"! Lol Walk in to the sound of Blues and smiling faces so instantly Im relaxed. Food choices are just, right not too many not too few. Makes you want one of everything. I had the Ranch chicken Sandwich with potato salad with Oreo cheesecake; my tongue beat my brains out haha. I recommend this place to everybody! Id give 15 Stars if I could!!

Dear Slim Chickens, we need you in Atlanta! I recently ate at Slim Chickens on my way through Nashville and really enjoyed it. Our meals were hot and fresh, delicious, and the fried chicken was much lighter than the competition...living up to the slim name as best as can be expected with fried chicken. Next time, well be sure to get some dessert in mason jars.

Yuuuum. Love their chick basket. Fries are small but tasty with a kick. Chicken is always piping hot and so juicy. Making my mouth water now thinking of it. Youve got to try their Chipotle ranch sauce, so good. Their honey mustard is great too, a real strong mustard base. Their potato salad isny my cup of tea, but its good for fast food.

food is great! Chicken tenders are flavorful and not greasy like most fried food. Tons of different sauce options. We tried the mango habanero on the wings...excellent! Not sure what some people are talking about with low reviews, tastes very fresh and straight from a chicken rather than from a machine. Our new fav place in Mboro!

The food was great! I got the wings and tenders with fried mushrooms. Everything was piping hot and seasoned just right. The staff was friendly and a very clean enviornment. I will be back soon. I was also at a business meeting the other day that they catered and it was all delicious and everyone loved the food.

Really enjoyed my lunch here. The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. Lots of sauce options for your chicken. Saw someone at the table near me with a delicious looking salad that I want to try on my next visit. I also wanted to say that the cashier Patricia was amazing in explaining and answering questions.

This place is really good! I got the Hungry Plate which is 5 tenders, fries and Texas toast. I also tried the mac n cheese and potato salad. I ate every last bit. The food is prepared fresh when you order it so it can a little extra time. Its worth the wait though. Ill def be back!

I loved the chicken and Diamond in the drive thru makes me feel so warming I was having a horrific day and because she took the time to actually carry on a conversation with me IT CHEERED ME UP will be returning to try her favorite fried pickles that she kept asking me to try.....

i think the food is fare, but i think its over priced. for 3 tenders and 3 wings some fries and a one slice of bread cost 10 dollars and doesnt even fill u up. its better to go to buffalo wild wings . This place is more like Less fancy more expensive BuffaloWildWings.
