Seriously MAD TODAY... 1...i ordered a breast and wing...cole slaw...2halepenos...cherry pie 9.00 plus...i asked for my receiot...drive thru chic threw it out the window...grrrrrrr No need to ask for mgr her self was standing there talking about how to many receipt printed off ... Okay..si that gives you reasin to throw my receiot away and act like its mot reprintable. 2..so i get home only to find a breast and a leg...what am i to do with the leg...I DO NOT EAR DARK MEAT...WHY DO YOU THINK I ASKED FOR BREAST AND WING..WHICH SOUNDS NOTHING LIKE BREAST AND LEG... 3.. Without receipt i couldnt even take it back..30 minute drive.. 4...cashier/manager was fussing with someone on phone about continuously calling her... 5...I want a replacement of my order 6...i used to think it was nice to have popeyes in avon...Not ANYMORE...as of today i will take the 2hour drive to popeyes at 65N at exit 130... Im sure they (avon popeyes) wont care.. Im sure uts indepently owned...but im going to find a corporate number anddddddd im going to mail them...the avon store a letter...dont mess with my money and food...you will hesr grom me everytime. Okkk.my rant is over.

Most horrible experience I ever had at Popeyes was when I went through the drive thru here, the lady was taking my order then all of a sudden the lady stopped taking. I waited at least 3 minutes and still no response. I went inside to see ONE employee sitting at one of the tables watching tv and eating chicken. To make it worse she was the ONLY person there so she had to take orders, make the orders, and cash out customers. She didnt wash her hands or use gloves while handling the food, remind you she was just eating her own meal. How unsanitary? So she came to take my order and I just said never mind and walked out. Glad I went in to see what was going on. I will not be going back to this Popeyes Chicken. I was highs disappointed and would NOT recommend this Avon location to anybody I know.

They need almost all of the employees replaced! They stand around talking instead of working, they get my order so wrong its like they dont understand English. The only time I got served correctly was when the guy was flirting with me and my friend, we actually got hot food and the correct order. What was most disturbing on my recent trip was one of the employees was outside, presumably on a break, talking on his phone using the f word like a comma very loud so the entire parking lot could hear. This place is a disgrace!

Timing is everything, and we were at this location at the right time. I had less than satisfactory experiences at another location so I had my doubts. We were pleasantly surprised here. Our $5 box was very good. Mac and cheese, Cole slaw all good. Wife got a box too with mashed potatoes and Beans and rice. It was all gone before we left. It looks like others were not happy with the food and/or service. Thats too bad because I know that they can get it right. BTW we were there during mid afternoon.

Took 25 minutes after we ordered before they asked what it was we ordered. We watched several other individuals come in with complaints of getting wrong food and having the correct food given to them. The same food we ordered. Asked for a refund and they could not understand why we were upset. Maybe if the employee wasnt giving free food to who we suspect was family they could have gotten out order right and our future business. Never coming back again, even if its for free food.

First of all when I pulled up to the drive thru it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Once I finally got to the window I was asked to pull up. I saw that four people behind me got there food and some of them were big orders. I then had to go inside to get my food and asked to speak with the manager, Stronda was very rude and did not care that it took so long to get my food. I am so sick of bad service I have to say this was the worst!!! I will never go there again.

WOW!!!!!! Is all I have.... went thru drive thru... had to resay my order 3 times to the order board... then wait 14 minutes to get to the window to pay. When at the window, had to retake the entire order, then pull forward and wait another 13 minutes.... what happened to Louisiana fast?????? Wow is all I have!!!!!! Update... when my order came up it was wrong.. manager didnt even apologize. I will never go there again

Sholonda is the worst manager there!! I went to the drive thru about a week ago and when I came up to the window, I had the most negative person ever. Sholonda not only gave me an order but when I asked her that I had order an extra 2 biscuits, she replied with "they in the bag," with the nastiest attitude ever. Ive decided to not complain about it but when I came home, guess what? They werent in the bag!

Went in on a Tuesday evening at 7pm for my sons birthday dinner waited an hour in the lobby thinking they were cooking fresh chicken. Went up at ask about it, cashier said "Oh, the other guy said he made it." So I waited there for them to make it and had to tell him 2 times what my sides were. BTW......you get 3 sides for a 16pc chicken , we asked for corn and got 1 piece. HORRIBLE. ILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

The restaurant was extremely cold, easily below 65 degrees. We went through around 8pm and there were only 3 staff working one of which was working very slow. I suspect the soda machine was out of caffeine because only diet sodas were available. Thankfully the staff filled up my soda with their dispenser.

Been 3 different times trying to get a Po Boy. Not once have they had bread and one time they ran out of chicken! The employees thought it was funny when I mentioned it and said that "the bread is always frozen!" I was excited when they opened this location in Avon but Ive now given up all hope.

Chicken was dry, shrimp was cold, fries were soggy, they didnt have any kids meal toys, and didnt give us any of our sauces. To top it all off both my wife and I got sick the next morning. Wont be eating there again.

The food was very good the service and wait time very poor. Was told 15 to 20 min after more then 30 min with no response .when order finally came I ask why so long? They including the the manager just shrugged.

Was told they dont serve the "wicked good deal" anymore on October 26th, when they had signs advertising it. I made my wife go, service was a joke, food was cold, it was expensive. Will not return.

Horrible service! Cashier, Dolla, was rude. Tables all dirty. Manager dinning room full of customers and no one had food. Manager refused to come to dinning room to speak with anyone !!

Saturday afternoon 9/10/16. Pitiful excuse for a restaruant and crew start in with the on duty manager. They did give my money back after waiting half hour for eight minute chicken.

Asked for butterfly shrimp, they were out, asked for Cole slaw, they were out. Got popcorn shrimp, asked for cocktail sauce, you got it, they were out. Worst experience.......
