Rude but its Pizza Hut food. They dont even pretend to provide good customer service. Ordered carryout for 3 large and realized they were 3 medium when we got home. Called and asked them to make us large instead because thats what we ordered, had on receipt, and paid for. They rudely told us to bring back all of it and "theyll see". Went back to the store and they asked what makes you think this is medium. We measured them there with a ruler. They rudely took the pizzas talking loudly amongst each other "what a waste of food, thats a shame. Oh well" The two near the counter proceeded to deliverately cough into their shirts looking at each other saying "know what I mean girl?" As if they were taunting us that they would cough on the pizzas they just now started to make. They didnt because we stood at the counter watching them take the pizzas out of the oven. All that said, this gets one more star than the minimum of one because the food tastes good (standard pizza hut ingredients). But if you have to interact with these people, forget it. Been buying from here off and on for 9 years. Will stay off now.

Worst Pizza Hut experience of my life! The manager Tiara has no customer service skills at all. As a business owner, if I owned the Pizza Hut on Bethany Lane, I would fire Tiara if I was to see profits! It is that bad! How do you yell at a customer for changing the channel! Its pizza hut honey, not a 5 star restaurant. We ordered food and wanted to watch the news because of the riots in Baltimore. When we changed the channel, she came running towards us yelling and saying things like "who do you think you are coming in here changing the channel" I believe customers like myself are the reason you have a job in the first place. Being a good customer, I payed for my drinks and left a tip for the server but canceled all the pizza we ordered and went to Dominos Pizza where they treat customers with respect. I have been going to the Pizza Hut on Bethany Lane since the 90s and I can assure you that this Pizza Hut on Bethany Lane will no longer get my or my friends and families business as long as disrespectful managers like Tiara are employed there.

Rude, got the order wrong and want to blame the customer. We ordered a pizza online with 2 toppings. When the pizza arrived, we realized that 1 topping was missing. We called them regarding that and they started passing us from 1 person to another until we finally got to the manager. She was very rude and she made sound like "how dare you call me during a football game just to tell me that a topping is missing". In a very rude voice she said "have you eaten the other pizza? put it back in the box and when I have a driver in your area, I will send you another one, make sure you dont eat the other one becuase we want it back". If I have to go thru this insult for a pizza topping, Id rather not order from Pizza Hut again, and I wont.

Worst dine-in experience in quite a while. The restaurant was completely empty when our family of 4 was seated. It still took 10 minutes for someone to come and ask us what drinks we wanted. We also had to ask if there were any specials, and there were, but if you dont know to ask youll be paying double as per whats on the menu. Finally, despite nobody ever coming into the restaurant while we were there, the waitress never came to check on us after bringing the food until we had completely finished eating. No check-in, drunk refills.....nothing. Please dont bother going here. I noticed many other options for pizza within walking distance. I will definitely be taking business elsewhere next time.

I made the mistake of believing Pizza Hut advertisements of the P-zone. I ordered a Meaty P-zone. It was cut in half when I received it. One half had a piece of pepperoni and a sausage piece. The other half had one or two pieces of pepperoni and a piece of sausage. It looked nothing at all like the photo Pizza Hut shows on their web page. When I called the store to complain, the manager whose name I could not understand, was rude with me. Telling me that the receipt only called for five pieces of pepperoni so I was only missing one piece. I feel that I was ripped off by Pizza Hut. Buyer beware!

Ordered a meat lovers pizza but apparently the website checked me out with a cheese pizza. Waited over an hour for what was supposed to be a 30 to 40 min delivery. Received wrong pizza, which was over cooked, cold, and the dough was bubbled up all over. Was then argued with by employee because the ticket he was holding said the same thing as the order I received. Finally after getting pissed off the guy said they would make the correct order and resend it. By then Im pissed and no longer want their crappy pizza that I wasted $20 on. Will never do business with any pizza hut again!

one of the worst pizza hut ever. I order two pizzas today and they came 1 hour and half later and it was super cold and when I called the store to tell them that, the manager (Anthony) said that I will 10 percent off my next order. I told him that I dont want this cold pizza he said he will make me new ones and wait another hour and half or give me a refund and leave the pizza outside until the delivery guy gets there. dont ever order anything from them

If you know pizza hut, then you know what your getting. Sickeningly greasy pizza, subpar Italian food and salads in a psuedo-bistro setting. Service is hit and miss, as to be expected at a fast food joint, even if it really wants to be a legitimate restaurant; which is exactly what every Pizza hut its. All in all, average pizza hut. The atmosphere is pleasant and there are TVs, but they dont ruin the atmosphere like a Fridays or Ruby Tuesdays.

Best pizza ever. But dont even think about a home delivery, the quality seems to go down for remote service. If you are carrying out or dining in, the best pizza would be the following: Hand tossed, light on cheese, marinara sauce, bbq sauce on the side, black olives, peppers and chicken OR pineapple. If Nick is your server, you will not be disappointed!

I second the issue with the manager and staff. Tried to order a dinner for 2 special that specifically said available all day everyday and was told we could not get the deal until after 4. We pointed out what was written and they refused to budge. Needless to say we ended up leaving and went somewhere else. Will not come here again.

Just visited this location. Since moving from newyork I had bad experience of Pizza Hut in MD until I came to this place. Outstanding service, awesome food and great environment. Me and my family loved it.

Too much sauce on the pizza like a lot and when I gave a 6 dollar tip for a 10 dollar pizza the driver asked me for more with a bewildered look on his face I said no and shut the door
