This is seriously the worst KFC of any in Indiana. On multiple occasions I have been there and they have been out of something. Its always something major like the chicken. Tonight at 7:30 I was told they had no dark meat or no chicken littles. How are you going to be a restaurant who is open until ten or eleven and not have any dark chicken or apparently chicken strips with your white meat to make the chicken little sandwiches? Always horrible Service. Never has what their menu advertises. I would recommend driving any place to get your KFC before going to this particular location because its always something with this one.

Didnt answer drive through and had to go inside to order. Ended up being shorted 1 meal, another cookie, drink machine was down and only had bottled water or tea to chose from for our drinks, employees were unfriendly. Didnt have mashed potatoes or biscuits made so we had to wait for the food. Then to top it all off, nobody answers the telephone so I could report the issues. Ive called 10 times between 7pm yesterday through 1pm today with nobody picking up the phone. Very poor service and experience.

Im still waiting for my food now, as I write this review. I arrived at 8:20....after waiting for 7 minutes to get up to the speaker I was told immediately, (no welcome, apology or anything) "Its gonna be a 25 minute wait on all chicken. So I say OK and proceed to order. I pay, they pull me out of line and tell me to park. I have been parked for 32 minutes, Ive watched people after me get served and pull off. I will never come here again.

Great food every time Ive been there and amazing customer service. I ordered grilled and received original. I called for the heck of it to let them know and see what they would say. A nice guy said being my recipe in and manager would take care of it. The manager was nice and even gave me the sides with the meal I was planning on paying for. Now that is customer service!

Very bad service rude and unorganized . I ordered my food and a couple of the people who worked there their family and some friends came in and they served them all first and didnt even remember what I ordered and when I said what I had ordered they said they didnt have half of what I ordered even though they had it when I ordered so I wont be back to this kfc

i was writing this in line and it took about a half hour to get a kfc famous bowl, and the girl who works on the front desk who doesnt know anything is so disrespectful saying hold on let me get my manager, and the manager was no where to be found im 16 and i find this the shittiest place to eat!

Only been once not planning a trip back. Not a huge fan of KFC to begin with but beyond that it took forever at almost 8pm they gave me the wrong bag, walked away and then came back and switched me bags. I told them I had already started opening the boxes and they didnt seem to care sooooo yeah

I too am writing this in line waiting for my food. Six minute wait for a doublicious has now turned into 15 minutes they locked the door so I called and was told she coming right now that was five minutes ago. Had I read the reviews first I would have never come here.

They were out of chicken.. and no just some flavors.. all of them.. she said they only have wings. I say give me a 20. They disnt even have that many wings.. said itd be 20 min... I can fry 20 wings in 10 min myself.. Ridiculous..
