I am a regular at hit zipper order atleast once a week. I order the same thing a pan BBQ chicken pizza, I order and the first pizza is a buffalo pan pizza. They remake, second pizza is a thin crust BBQ. Remind you this is not the first time this has happened, two weeks prior I had the same mistake but ate it anyways because I dont like to cause trouble I just wanted my food. I spoke with a lady at the register who told me I was wrong, I ordered wrong, I didnt even know what I ordered etc. I tell her to please stop talking to me, she keeps talking, I ask her again stop talking to me. She walks in back. The owner comes out and asks me what do u want me to do about this I took the order and repeated it to you. So she repeated it and they still made the wrong pizza, maybe somethings wrong with the cooks? I ask for a refund and ask again because she insists I ordered this wich I order the same thing almost every week. She refunds my card I go back to work and she walks into my place of work, at this point Im helping customers again and she runs up to make and tells me never to talk to her emotes like that ever, you dont dont my emotes to shut up, and I said I never told your employee to shut up I told her to stop talking to me because she had very poor service skills from the start. All I wanted was my money back for the pizza I never got. She tries to make a scene in front of my customers and walks out. I call her after work and ask her for an apology for coming into my business and trying to start something. She in no way shape or form was going to give an apology so freaks out tells me I ordered wrong and Im an indecent person??? For what?!? I wanted a refund for your mistake and she cant even admit to it. This is not the first poor experience I or one of my friends have had at hitz, would I recommend it. I would recommend not going and saving yourself some frustration. If I could give it lower then one star I would.

We did a pick up yesterday (6/6/16) and it took such a long time! The call itself should have been a red flag because we were on hold for awhile. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 soda cans for 5 people. We were told 40 minutes.... one of our group was driving home from work and went there to pick it up when it was due. And he waited- and waited- and waited. I think from the phone call to actually pickup, it was over 2 hours. The crust seemed a little over cooked and over dry but the rest of the pizza was good and the order was correct. The price was really amazing. 30$ for 3 pizzas and some soda is not bad. However, we wont be ordering from here again unless its way in advance.

Let me start by saying that it was a saturday morning so maybe she was having a bad day. Our waitress was so rude. My friends water had an old reciept in it. When he told her, she didnt even apologize. after we were done we asked for separate checks since there were four of us. She said "you guys cant do it yourself?" And honestly, the food want even that great. Only reason Im not giving them one star is because the waitress for the table next to us seemed nice.

This place is one of the bast restaurants that I know of the food is so great and they do a special every day and Monday is 1/2 price pizza and let me say that I love pizza and I can not get enough as I could eat there every day and night one thing that I will say as well is that you pay more at times and less at other times and its for sure the best money you will ever pay for there food and Pizza

The food here (pizza!) is pretty decent for a sports bar type joint. Trivia on tuesdays is fun if you can get a table, and the drink prices are good. Service can be hit or miss. Some days its great, and some you wait a while for anyone to come around to your table. The place is not fancy or anything but it is one of the better sports bars in the area. Much better than BWW or something similar.

Great food, great beer, friendly staff. Open on Christmas, thats a miracle in itself. Thanks to the staff for sacrificing being at home to provide a great dinner option for those of us that are away from home for the Holidays. You guys deserve a 6th star. Id love to visit again.

Love the pizza. Tracy is our usual waitress, she always knows what we want as soon as we walk in the door. Even is shes busy shell still make time to come say hi to us. Food is great, service is exceptional. Go back at least once a week

Any of their pizzas without meats like pepperoni, sausage, or bacon on them are always under seasoned. Their chicken, either on pizza or in salads, is bland. Service has always been fine.
