Not really impressed; especially being as expensive as it is. I ordered a chicken salad BLT and it came out to the table without bacon. They fixed it, but I was a little dissapointed in the portions. It only had two pieces of cold bacon on it, and it was most certainly more bread than chicken salad. I got mac and cheese for a side, and honestly... It tastes like they stick it in the mixrowave before serving. The cheese was clumpy and only the bottom of the max cheese was warm. The cashier who helped me was very sweet, and the chicken salad itself was decent. Save your money though folks. I had been looking forward to trying this place because I LOVE chicken salad, but it was a very hard let down. I wish it had been better. :(

I dont understand why people like this place. I love me some chicken salad, but their stuff is more like chicken paste. There were no good chunks of chicken, or any type of fruit or nuts. As far as chicken salad goes, it was a big let down. The side items were good though and the atmosphere was quite fresh and laid back. Its also in a good location at the avenue, but seriously their chicken paste is all talk. I doubt I would come back, and if I did for whatever reason, I would try out their bar b q next time

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very chic yet laid-back. I like knowing that it has a high class feel, while also being country-girl chic. Within minutes of ordering, our food was ready to eat and was brought out by a wonderful waitress who had a smile on her face. The food was impeccable and I seriously suggest trying their broccoli and cheddar soup. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here, but will be giving it four stars because theres always place for improvement.

The food is awesome and I have eaten there many times! However, the parking is a nightmare! There is construction in the strip center and absolutely not enough parking for the 2 businesses there and 2 more are coming. We spend 15 minutes of our lunch driving in circles trying to find a parking space. Your business is too big for the area so we would love to see you go to a bigger place with adequate parking. We love Chicken Salad Chick!!

Im a man. Im not supposed to like this place. It is clearly targeted toward women. But I love it! The food is delicious, and the variety of chicken salads means I have to make a difficult choice every time I go in. I think the Barbie-Q might be my favorite, but the Olivias Old South will give it a run for its money. Its also a nice touch that they include a free cookie with every meal.

This place is almost as hoity toity as your Memaw Lulu at the Kentucky Derby. But not quite. The food is good, fresh, and fast. We put in a large to go order and they got it all right. The menu online doesnt exactly match the actual menu, deli sandwiches Im looking at you, so be aware if you call ahead or like to have a look before you go.

I love chicken salad so when I found this place I was obviously a little excited. They did a nice job. Not too overly mushed and not too under shredded. I got the jalapeño version. Would have liked a little more kick but I take everything spicy. Very clean, nice little outdoor patio area. Service was good. Definitely will eat here again!

Terrible customer service... I had 6 different orders but paid on 1 card to make easier.. I ask for them to be labeled but they did not so when I get to back to give everyones food no one knew which was which so I called the "manager" I guess argued with me and basically called me a idiot! Does most chicken salad look the same?

The chicken salad serving size was small. The salad that it comes on was also small and of cheap quality. For $9.00 I got a scoop of chicken salad and lettuce. The chicken tasted canned and there was nothing special about it. The food is mediocre for the price, so I wont be back.

This stuff is great. Me, my wife and my two year old all liked it. Thats a nearly impossible feat. All together tried 6 different flavors of chicken salad and our favorites were the lemon basil, bbq and buffalo. This will be a new weekly stop for us no doubt.

Mediocre at best, I purchased the Fancy Nancy, I tasted very little fruit, serving size was very small. I had more bread and lettuce than chicken salad. I wanted to try something different but Ill stick to Chick fil A or Jasons Deli.

Great meal. I will say that the menu was a little difficult to navigate the first time, but the staff obviously saw my confusion and helped. They were great letting me try a few samples before ordering. I will definitely be returning.

Nice, clean open space. You can seat on the patio! I tried the Cranberry Kelli... It had FEW pieces of cranberries and almonds, its name says it includes these! I will go back and will update my review.

Wonderful and healthy! The fruity Fran and Fancy Nancy chicken salads are wonderful! Dont forget to add aside of grape salad and the kids love the mac and cheese kids meal!
