I know this is crazy but we showed up to eat a little after noon on a Tuesday. Now i know they may not be use to people wondering in around that time looking for food so i guess i take some blame? And i also assume my wanting spicy chicken tenders is out of line, being popeyes CHICKEN and all. May as well ordered smoked salmon. So after waiting 20 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken that take 7 minutes to cook, i requested a refund. And the attitude i received was above and beyond anything i expected. It was like a trip to the BMV.....on the sun....with aids. Rugs up on the rail, trash can lids covered, soda machine broken....all in all classy place.

Good food, but exceptionally slow food prep, and employees who were obviously just speaking lines theyd been taught (were not in any way actually interested in customer service, which is what theyre employed to do). Told them soda machine was out of coke. One of them said ok. We then sat and ate in lobby for 1/2 hour. During that time, two other guests told them the same thing. When we left, coke was still empty. Note: They were not busy (just me, my wife, and 3 other guests during the entire time we were there).

First off, food was good ! Rather disapointed in the serving size of the fish and shrimp that was over 8 bucks though. Looked more like a kids meal. The real problem I had with my experience was we put our order in, gave name and after 15mins I went to the counter and they didnt even do anything with our order so we had to wait for them to get it ready. Did get an apology but to me we should of gotten a refund, discount or something extra for our poor service . May give another chance to see if its better ....

This place never delivers! anytime you can go there will definitely be a delay in your eating experience . I called the order in at 6:03 at 6:53 the guy working the drive-thru (was the puppet for the manager Josh) to bring the food out after I had sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for the order I called in at 6:03 I got my order at 6:53 thats 50 minutes for an order of a family meal 16-piece fried chicken believe it or not and the bad part is its so far to drive what else do you do but go back.

I purchased $30 worth of meals for my family and was only allowed 1 dipping sauce. The Plainfield location charges for EVERY sauce you request. So its possible to have 5 chicken strips and fries and you get one packet of sauce which barely covers one strip, let alone any fries. Just sayin. When none of the competition in Plainfield or Avon does this, might want to rethink nickel and diming your customers.

It is the worst experience ever 30 minutes and no good for people in the restaurant but filling orders in the drive thru. They are telling at each other in the kitchen and when a customer asked about the long wait and no good they staff screamed at him and told him to go someplace else. I would not enter gone back here

I have been to this location three times since it opened and my order has been messed up every single time. The first two times I received things I did not order and the third time I was overcharged by 14.00 dollars. There is always an extremely long wait time regardless of the number of vehicles in the drive-thru.

Strophome bowls were being set on the heater to keep warm when they handed them to me the bottom of the strophome was green and had melted the bottom and came through onto my hand THIS IS VERY UNSAFE! P.S ALLOWING CHEMICALS TO LEACH INTO FOOD IS A SERIOUS HEALTH VIOLATION

Best Popeyes in Indiana. Fast friendly service. Clean people! Chicken was fresh and hot! Mashed potatoes and gravy is the Best ever! It is like potato popcorn poppin in your mouth!!!!! Great job! Keep up the excellent work! Shout out to the tremendous dishwasher!!!!!!!!

Typical fare as expected for Popeyes to deliver. I have never had any issues with inaccurate orders or slow service. In fact, service is always prompt, friendly, and accurate. This location fares better than some of the other Popeyes in the Indy area.

Usually good food, I prefer it to the Kentucky fried competitor. Some items tend to be held under heat lamps beyond the suggested hold times, particularly the popcorn shrimp. Coke Freestyle machine often is neglected, as is the dining room.
