Red Lobster is fairly consistent and decent....but not this one. Food is alright, but service is terrible. Waited an hour and when our food come out the side was wrong (we paid for a substitute veg.). The waiter said it was on the way, and it arrived 20 minutes later after everyone had finished eating. We ended up paying for a side that was not eaten. Other than that the food was good, but the experience was so bad that well probably skip on Red Lobster Cool Springs in the future. I hear the one in Florence is good....and Bonefish in Cool Springs is good....so theres still options :-)

*Disclaimer* The reviews before mine do not speak of a refreshed staff, service, and location. The service was great from being greeted at the door, to be sat down in a comfortable booth, to an attentive server, and fresh and hot food. There where no issues with the service, the server (who was very quick, attentive, honest, respectful), or the food. The location was clean. Nothing out of place. I assume alot of lobster had been eaten because the lobster tank was empty, except for one lone, fresh lobster. Overall this is a great establishment to eat, relax, and even bring the family.

If you do not fire an employee who violated your customers privacy I will never go to that restaurant chain again. Moreover, I will warn all my customers that you support staff posting their (customers) information in Internet. I do not approve using offensive words, but I also do not support privacy violation. Your waitress should sue the customer who treated her that way but not post his information for publicity. Apple Bee has fired their employee when she posted a customer receipt in internet. Would you show the same respect for your customers also?

The music is always way too loud. You cant enjoy your dinner or a conversation with other people because of the music. turn it down and let people enjoy the expensive gross food that you serve. Literally $28 for nasty burnt fries and a few shrimp and crappy crab legs isnt worth it. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but i have no choice but to. Heres a little advice its not a bar its an expensive restuarant let people enjoy it in peace without loud music. We wont be back.

Ive eaten here many times , always great food , although the last time I had shrimp it seemed they just threw some in the bowl you get instead of laying them in there , so I got 6 instead of 10 or 12 shrimp , for the money I expect 10 or 12 , ,also Ive heard that they have all you can eat shrimp all the time but dont publicize it , just letting everyone know , Ill be going tonight , but overall I love red lobster , yummy stuff hehe

Food is always great when I go here and the staff is always so friendly. Only reason for 4 stars is because the last 2 times I went here my waiter wasnt around when I was first seated. Although, both times another waiter took care of me until my waiter showed up.

Ask for rob , hes a great server , always right there with whatever you need , food is always great. Go about once a month , looking forward to all you csn eat shrimp , on Monday and Tuesday you can pick four kinds of shrimp for price of 3 , love red lobster

This was the best red lobster I have ever eaten at. Many of them have gone down hill, but not this establishment. The food was great and the place was extremely clean. We will definitely revisit.

Food was not so tasty, tried endless shrimp , found that shrimp dishes were very limited and service was slow, waiters are damn eager for tips, overall ok to try once.

Overpriced for what u get. Potatoes cold. Lobster small and over cooked. No artichokes in dip. A lot of sauce and rubbery rock lobster. Good luck.
