We havent eaten at a red lobster in years. It was a pleasant surprise to see that this one had a host who was happy to accommodate our request for a booth by a window, even if we had to wait a couple minutes for it to be cleaned up. Our waitress, Leslie, was very friendly and kept checking in on us the entire night to make sure we were satisfied with our visit. We ordered drinks and scallops for an appetizer. It took a little while but the freshness was worth the wait. The crab cakes and coleslaw were also top notch. My wife ordered the steak and shrimp and I ordered chicken tacos. Both took a little while to get to us but, once again, it was worth the wait. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars every restaurant has room for improvement!

I decided to eat my Birthday dinner at Red Lobster tonight and was severely disappointed in the service. Our server name was Abigail an she couldve cared less about taking care of our table. She had bad customer service. Never brought us our biscuits an we sat for 20 minutes before asking us if we were ready to order. I want to thank Nick King for taking care of us since our server was no where to be found. Nick is an amazing server and had really good customer service. When our food finally came out of the kitchen, Abigail with food in hand stopped at her other table to ask if they needed anything else before serving our food. She needs to get it together! Very unhappy with my service.

We stopped there for my wifes birthday dinner. She ordered lobster & shrimp plate and it came missing the lobster. The waiter was new and made a ton of mistakes like serving soup with no spoon. He brought our appetizer and left before any of us realized we didnt have any plates. He brought out a basket of bread with only one small cup of butter for a table of 4. We suffered through the night but Red Lobster should have seriously trained him better before putting him on his own.

We just cant get enough Red Lobster. As you guys probably know, theyre celebrating 100 years and gosh I cant believe how long its been. When I was a boy Id ask to go there for my birthday, and my uncle would turn to me and he would say son why dont you upgrade today to the Surf and Turf. Over there the Good ol folks at Red Lobster are about to blow the roof off the place by stopping what we think Turf actually is. It is whatever your hearts desire.

Horrible! It was not busy at all; we were seated and waited for over 20 minutes. Noone came to ask what we wanted to drink, an appetizer, bread or even to say someone would be with you soon. We were right beside the servers station, they all saw us sitting there, still nothing. We decided to get up and leave with out so much as even an acknowledgement from management. We will never return.

I like Red Lobster. I cant stand THIS Red Lobster. Despite having 10 tables free, there was still a 25 minute wait to be seated. I guess they were understaffed? Bad management! Wait staff had my glass empty for 30 minutes before noticing. After we were seated, the entree took over an hour to make it to our table. The only reason this place gets a 2 instead of a 1 is for tasty food.

A huge disappointment tonight. We wont be back to this restaurant. The portion sizes were small. The rice was probably less than 1/4th cup, the mashed potatoes were quite small. I ordered an add on cluster of snow crab and it took so long our meal was finished before they brought it to the table and it was not a complete cluster, as it was missing a leg.

I came in with two other people. we ordered the lobster spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer it tasted just like a freezer. My friend ordered the lobster bisque, it tasted like nasty warm flat beer. The service was poor and the rest of the food was subpar at best. I will never come here again. This was a complete waste of money and it wasnt cheap.

When my wife and I arrived at this Red Lobster they appeared to be very busy however, our wait was not very long (~15 mins). This location is very clean and the service was friendly. Our food was very good and the portion sizes were great for the prices. This is very similar to other Red Lobsters and I have nothing bad to say about this location.

Terrible experience. Got skipped 3 times while waiting to be seated, even though 3 employees were working the front reception area. Hostess had attitude Reminded waitress twice about drink I ordered. Felt like I was on a pig farm. Saving grace... food was decent.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I cant rate the food because we never got seated. The place was practically empty with plenty of tables open and they left us waiting because they had to "clean a table", so we finally just left, and we wont be going back.

I asked for Olive oil and vinegar dressing, and they gave me some kind of vegetable oil... definitely wasnt Olive oil. I recommend the Sailors Platter for anyone avoiding carbs. Then dip the broccoli in the leftover shrimp butter.

I used to love going to Red Lobster, but with for the money you are spending there its just not worth it. The food is good, not great, but for the price I can cook it at home for much less and with better taste.

Awesome changes made to their dishes. No more microwave. Shrimp pasta now sauteed with garlic in a pan! Head chef made rounds to thank everyone and ask how was the food.
