I really recommend the Red Lobster located in Madison, Tennessee in the Rivergate Mall area. My husband and I have tried other locations, but none can compare to the Red Lobster located in Madison. Food: The food always comes out fresh and with generous portions. The meals are always hot, unlike some other R.L. locations where our food was served cold. Atmosphere: There are several different rooms to eat in and this Red Lobster makes you feel really comfortable during your dining experience. Servers: The servers are always friendly and anxious to wait on you, even when they are very busy. My family has made Red Lobster our "Birthday Family-Get-Together" dinner location since we always have had good luck with getting our 10-12 family members seated together and all served at the same time. Thank you Red Lobster for being an outstanding seafood restaurant!!!

LOOK AT YOUR BILL AT THE END! WE WERE CHARGED FOR 2 COKES WHEN WE ORDERED WATER! luckily I thoroughly reviewed the bill before paying. Check the bill for accuracy! Will never come back. Terrible service and the worst Caesar salad Ive ever seen. Lobster was tough and dry, as was the steak. Waitress refused to make eye contact and did the absolute bare minimum in terms of service. I did not even get a refill on my water! Needs new employees, fresh ingredients and clean napkins and silverware. The napkins smell unwashed and like dirty food. Absolutely terrible experience at this location, will not return. This is especially sad because my family had frequented this location for over 20 years but no more, never again.

Very happy with my experience here! I was about to write off Red Lobster because of the poor food and service the last few times at the Mt. Juliet location but decided to try one more time at Gallatin Pike. So happy we did! Excellent food and service. All of the staff, not just our server, were so friendly and especially to our toddler. Made him feel extra special when they could have just kept walking by. One server, not even ours, took him to see the lobsters and let him "pet" one. Pretty cool to go out of the way for us! Food was amazing! We were completely stuffed by the time with left with boxes of food to take home with us. We will be back for sure- but only to this location!

I hate seafood; however, when I am going to go to a sea food restaurant, this is the one I go to. The people that I go out with enjoy sea food, so I have been there many times. The non-sea food entrees are very good as well. Service has always been excellent and the cheddar bay biscuits are fantastic! I suspect that since they have just rolled out the endless shrimp promotion again, Ill be visiting several more times between now and November when it ends. If only I enjoyed sea food myself, I would have given this restaurant 4 or 5 stars.

My waitress was excellent. Said shes only been working there 3 weeks. That was the only compliment I can give. Would have been better off getting frozen crab legs or a damn box. Had the dueling crab legs from the crab fest menu. It was bland and tasteless. The ones that were supposed to be sweet definitely were not. My entire table says this was their last Tim going to red lobster. It looks so good and taste so blah. Ive had$12 meals that were much better.

My family and I celebrated my 79th birthday at this location on Friday and we eat here when we go out to eat seafood. The food and service were excellent and our server Bryan did an outstanding job. Manager Steve Norman and Bryan our server made me feel that my birthday was very special. Steve and Bryan thank for great service and great food. We will be back soon.Thank you from my family also.

If you dont mind sitting in a waiting room and walking through the entrance of crowds smoking at the door way and the cloud filling up the waiting room with a manager who just Scruggs their shoulders and says "oh well" then this is your place the bldg is outdated and in poor location service depends on who you get on what day mediocre at best really needs a management overhaul

This USED to be my favorite spot for my birthday dinner. It is no more. Lobster, shrimp, and scallops, all had a rubbery texture. Their food quality has certainly taken a step in the wrong direction. While our server Mary was spot on, the Manager on duty has no concept of customer service skills. Sadly, for me, they lost me as a customer.

Food was unacceptable....crunchy rice, cold fish. And still had to pay full price even after (nicely) complaining. Never a visit from the manager either. I am convinced that they didnt care. I have a gift card (given to me from someone that knows that I love seafood ) that I will NEVER use.

We have only been here a few times. I have found that the best experience is to order ahead and take it to go. I have not experienced any issues regarding customer service, but there have been some long delays in getting food to the table in the past, hence takeout being preferred.

Red Lobster generally has pretty decent food and the visit that Im giving four stars was no different. I do think Red Lobster is way too pricey for what they bring out. The portion sizes are generally very small and the prices are way above average for that kind of a meal.

Bad. Fruit flies around bar, in my wine.sprayed while people at bar. Bill not correct. Last three times there had issues. Last Xmas had 84 year old with us and asked for senior discount.manager said "if you want senior discount, should go to McDonalds". Thats an insult!

Im usually a little annoyed with the service, especially when they almost always make you wait 5 minutes for a table when the place is only about half full. The food is good and the biscuits are always fresh, so I always leave happy and stuffed.

Best dining Ive experienced in YEARS!. From the hot biscuits, lettuce wrap shrimp and stuffed mushrooms, grilled skewed red shrimp, lobster tail garlic over wild rice, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Shana was great, best server EVER.

It was not the best experience and my kids love Red Lobster. The service was slow, the biscuits were dry, and it wasnt even busy. I dont think well be back. Sucks for our kids...we will have to find a new restaurant near us.

Terrible service, was not greeted when I entered. Took forever to be seated with plenty of tables. When we got seated we waited 5 mins, were passed several times by employees and a manager. Nobody checked on us so we left.

Ordered Togo dinner. Ordered crab cakes and crab oscar special. Did not receive crab sauce on salmon. Fish was dry.potatoes like warm. Broccoli ice cold. $62 for dinner for two that is not edible. Wont be back

Awful. My linguine tasted like plastic and I was still charged full price for something I sent back! I took one bite and it went back they offered more food but I wasnt hungry anymore after that.

Has soon as a sat down I saw a cockroach run across my table so the waitress got the manager and moved us. Then we received our bill they tried to charge us full price. I will never go back!!
