HORRIBLE SERVICE! Will NEVER go to this one again I would rather travel a little more for better service who gets there stuff right the first time not the 4th time or an hr later! I wasnt the only one who noticed or got a little upset on how long they were taking and how TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT was! TO TOP IT ALL OF THERE BIG BIG BOSSES WERE THERE AND HAD TO PICK UP ALL THOSE 10+ EMPLOYEES SLACK! GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER MANAGEMENT CORIDINATE A PLAN SO IT DONT LOOK LIKE ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUNNING AROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH NO HEAD!! ALSO RECOMMEND EMPLOYEES NOT TOUCHING THERE HAIR OR FACE WHILE HANDLING FOOD! Definitely will never go to this one again or would I ever recommend anyone going to this one!!

I went here for the first time today. I know all Peter Pipers jip you with the games but this place is the worst. No matter how many points you get in a game, you only get one or two tickets. I complained about the games not dispensing the correct amount of tickets and I was told thats just how the games are. On top of this, some ghetto people stole my sons brand new in the box hotwheels set right off our table as we were playing games. I know thats not PPPs fault but it contributed to my bad experience here.

So far so good. First visit here since it opened. Only live a few blocks away so its good to have one close. Better than the ghetto PPP on Central and laid out better than the one on 99th and McDowell. Plenty of room here to be away from the partiers. Employees check on you and bring boxes for you. Pizza hasnt changed, still good overall. They have power outlets with USB receptacles in all the booths which is good to have. Lots of tvs all around. Its a good location.

It works. Its a new establishment in the community that is hungry for growth so it should be expected to have long waiting during the first few weeks of opening with all new traines. Its not a 5 star restaurant, its a pizza place that has birthday parties for kids. It does have beer on tap and frosty mugs too. It was a nice change and if it took a little time to get our pizza thats fine, the beer was cold, not worth getting your panties in a wad over it.

I picked up two pizzas,when I get home the food was undercooked.So I call in and explain my situation.I give the manager my name and number so they can remember me they said.Today I go in so I can get my order replaced,guess what the manager never logged in my info.So basically be careful,Not only did they not replace my order,but they kept hanging up on me.

The food was great and so was the employees. But while my family and I tried to enjoy our food a lady had the audacity to change her daughters diaper on the table were they ate. The smell overwhelming. My family and I lost our appetite and left. Overall, great place but for those who go, leave your disgusting laziness habits at home! Its a restaurant!!!

Was there for a a party for my friends son (potty party). Okay but kinda cramped and hot in the arcade room. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The place is brand new so mostly everything was in good shape. But the room with the games was very hot and cramped compared to the main seating areas. And no skiball if you are looking for it.

New! It was very busy for lunch on Friday. The cleaning crew was on it. Too much maybe. I left three full cups with my receipt on a table so that we could go play the games. When we came back they were gone. That was a little bit frustrating. The ovens were having problems so it took a little longer for our pizza than you would normally expect.

So disappointed as they are so close..called to order a pizza..5 minutes after being on hold I said, no big deal let me call again..called back and was put on hold for 15 minutes while the kid said he was getting someone...I mean all I was trolling to do was bring business in ..stupid me

Went on first week opened and was told it would be an hour wait for food to be ready. I left and returned at exactly an hour later and food tasted old and cold as if it had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. It looked like staff was in disarray and not prepared what so ever.

Peter Piper has pretty much turned into birthday party central, the pizza is still good but its a bit small for this side of town. Large windows in the west side of the building make it hot and almost block off the ability to sit on that side. Get in and out early and youll be ok

Still like this pizza but its not the Same.. They took some ingredients out of the Pizza and now its just Average pizza. I reserved a table for my girl scout troop and It wasnt Ready at the time I Requested the Reservation.. We will not make any more Reservations in the future.

My family loves Peter Piper so we were excited it was coming to Laveen. The layout is nice and its cool to see behind the scenes. Sadly I live in 75th avenue and rather take the drive to Central. Pizza just doesnt taste the same. Weve gone a couple times and it hadnt improved.

They designed this location perfectly. There are three separate sections: a game room, a family area, and an adult - friendly address behind a sound-reducing, glass wall. The pizza is good, and its nice to have more sit-down restaurants in the laveen area.

The place is brand new, which is nice. They are very polite but the line gets a bit long even though there are open registers and they take phone orders even though you are standing right there. The food is good and fresh. Id recommend to anyone in Laveen.

This place is new and clean. Staff were friendly and delivered great customer service. Pizza did take a little longer than usual to make but they were pretty busy. Great game area is a little smaller than most but we will be back.

Love the atmosphere and service was prompt, however the pizza wasnt good. Tasted a bit like cardboard. Im sad as I LOVE peter piper. Ill give it a few days before going back. Hopefully it gets better or back to Central I go.

The staff was friendly, food was ready fast, pizza was good, and the place was clean. Although I woud recommended puting some sun coverage on the west windows because it was too sunny there. But definitely coming back.

It was ok. No Skee Ball, and that seems odd. Machines, while still new, ate tokens all the time. Gave up getting help because it wasnt worth it. Place was clean. Bathrooms convenient. Food was to be expected.

Very disappointed...pizza under cooked...water glass..what a joke...and No salid bar!!! Per bagged salid with soggy dressing...dough very cardboard...Ill not be back...come on Laveen...we need a salid bar!!!

The staff is friendly, food was good but its in Laveen, so the whole front of the place is trashed thanks to section 8 freeloaders and miscellaneous ghetto people who dont understand what trash cans are for.
