I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant until today. My sons birthday, he wanted Red Lobster, so we drove an hour to get there. Long story short: we were the first ones in our waitresses section that sat down. A couple sat down 10 minutes after we did and ended up getting their food before she even took our order. They ended up leaving before we got our drinks. They didnt have salmon, so we ordered the perch, the manager came back and said they didnt have perch. I ended up ordering chicken linguine, which was horrid and I didnt eat. I also had to walk to the bar to get refills and the waitress messed our order up. After paying over $100 for a meal I didnt eat, I didnt find it necessary to tip her.

We came in to celebrate my sons graduation. We had a large party of 12 people. They do not accept call ahead reservations so we had a small wait but it wasnt unreasonable. Our server, Brittni, was amazing! The drinks were never empty and the food was brought out quickly. Only little side note was the steaks my son and I ordered were over done, but she offered to fix it. We declined as they werent inedible and it was in no way her fault. We will definitely be back.

Worst customer service ever. Would never recommend anyone to waste their time coming here. Sat at the bar waiting to pick up an order for over 10 minutes while the bar tender talked to one other customer without even acknowledging me. The food was horrible. Ive literally had better seafood from Long John Silvers. The price is outrageous for the dog food they serve. Actually, I wouldnt even give this crap to my dog.

I grew up near the ocean, and love fresh fish and seafood. Red Lobster does an okay job of satisfying my occasional desire for seafood...but it is mass produced and a chain restaurant and it is never quite as good as I wish it was. The service is always very good though, even when it is crowded.

Its a franchise seafood restaraunt. I dont mind when servers dont write down orders UNLESS THEY MAKE MISTAKES! She was very nice though and we got two extra lobster tails after the mistakes were made so FOUR STARS. Normally places like this have to be pretty fantastic to get THREE.

I HAD A PARTY THERE WITH 6 PEOPLE. BRANDY HAYES WAS THE WAITRESS. SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT US TO OTHER WAITERS. SHE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO US. WE HAD TO ASK FOR OUR TICKET. ITS LIKE SHE WALKED AWAY AND JUST FORGOT US. WHATS THE DEAL WITH THAT? CONFUSED!!!!!

I really enjoy eating here. The atmosphere is calm and quite. The food is normally really good. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is not as fast but cooking seafood correct takes time and care which I believe the chefs do well.

Terrible terrible... Go to bone fish instead. Worst lobster I have ever eaten... Steak looked and tasted like it was microwaved. Shrimp cocktail was warm and nasty, not even edible. The port a potty at the fair is cleaner than their bathrooms.

TERRIBLE customer service. We made reservations and they gave someone else our tables and told us we had to wait an hour and 30 mins. Then said that whoever took our reservation did not save it. Worse experience ever.

Nice and spacious. No waiting like at most Red Lobsters. Probably because its a college town and school is out now. The food was good. Not very hot, probably because it was so cold inside. Waitress was nice.

I always thought red lobster was some shack kinda place for cheap seafood. Went inside and got totally rocked, as clean and classy looking as Olive Garden, waitress was friendly and food was very fresh.
