I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a family pack of wings, veggies sticks and fries on Sunday for Super Bowl. It was my first time ordering at Wings Stop. I went into the store around 5pm and was told that they wouldnt be taking any more orders until 8pm. I was walking out and I am guessing manager/owner yelled back and told me that it was ok to order again. I found it odd but went ahead and ordered and they told me that they would call when the wings were ready to be picked up. They said 45 minutes to an hour so I went back home. It was 6:20 and I had not received a call back to pick up the orders. I already had guests at my house with no food. So I called and they told me the order was ready to be picked up so my husband went to pick it up. The food arrived and we sat down to eat. My friends kids and my kids had already started eating the veggie sticks when we noticed that the carrots sticks had mold on them. We were so disgusted and scared that we were going to get sick that we threw out all the food. I called Wings Stop and told them what happened and the manager said that right now he was extremely busy but for me to come in on Monday and he would make it up to me. So last night I go in, and the manager comes to the register and tells me that he will give me a gift card for $5. I told him I was under the impression he would give me a refund since the food had mold in it. He went ahead to say that only the veggie sticks had mold and they cost a dollar and change and he was being nice giving me $5 dollars. I even showed him a picture of the carrots and it was evident that there was mold on them. I honestly had to walk away because I was livid. I asked for the owners phone # and I called and it goes straight to a voicemail with no greeting, so I am not sure if this is a fake phone # he gave me so he would not get in trouble. Having mold on the food put my family and my friends in a major health risk. I am actually contemplating reporting it to the Board of Health. The manager called me and is still arguing with me that the green and blue dots on the carrots are not mold. This is not acceptable. My kids were exposed and ate moldy vegetables. I will never go back there again.

Ive gone there often since it opened, but had 2 separate experiences that will make me go elsewhere more than likely. 1. Rolls were overcooked and looked like blackboards on the bottom. 2. Another time I paid extra for well done chicken only to discover blood on the inside of the wings. In both cases I contacted them. In the first scenario, the lady on the phone replaced the rolls after repeated back and forth conversation about how the rolls are cooked. After too much of her defensiveness and scripted conversation, she finally admitted that maybe the oven wasnt right after I told her repeatedly they were inedible and I could not serve them to my guests. My point is simple: own your mistake, look at what youre serving to people, and dont argue with a paying customer after yoy serve them burnt food and take their money. In the second case (Nov., 2016), the same woman answered the phone when I called to inform her about the blood in the wings; once again, she was not helpful, but defensive, and surely NOT accommodating or even apologetic about the fact that the wings had blood inside. All she could say is they cook them at 350 degrees for a longer period time when well done is requested. No customer service or assistance was offered at all. Uncooked chicken can cause sickness, but she didnt seem to offer any options. So, I contacted the corporate office for Wingstop instead of hoping for resolution from this North Brunswick location. Its a shame but the indifference and lack of customer service I received recently will force my hand and Ill end up being an ex customer.

Franchise owner very rude. Ordered online at 7 pm to pickup for 8 pm. I got there at 7:55 pm, and the food was ready waiting on the counter. Left store and proceeded home only to realize that the food was cold. I returned to the store to complain but the franchise owner was quite rude, raised his voice and proceeded to lecture me. The owner would not except that the chicken and fries that i spent quite a bit on, and prepaid online, was cold. He eventually agreed to remake the fries, but told me that the fries would still be cold when I got home. I dont know what bothered me the most. Was it the 5 minutes spent on him lecturing me about how he runs his store, which waisted my time. The fact that he wouldnt remake the food. That he didnt apologize. He had an extremly nasty and rude demeanor towards me. Made sure to take the cold fries, which I didnt care but it was how and what he said. I think what bothered me the most was when he said in a loudly, "I want everyone to know that I make everything fresh." I told him that right now he was speaking to me and not everyone. Will not order or cost the establishment again. Would rather make my own fries and wings.

First I would like to say, dont listen to the first three reviews. I wouldnt doubt theyre fake. Vishesh is the owner of the restaurant. I wouldnt have ordered here had I not been hungry, craving something peppery or lemony or parmesany or garlicky (I crave a lot). Lo and behold this place had lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. Had it been earlier (it was 11:30 pm) and my friend wasnt insisting we try it, I wouldve ordered some place else. I drove and he went in to pick it up. I had the garlic parmesan and my friend had the louisiana rub. The wings were just kind of garlicky, but my problem was that the parmesan was just powder sprinkled on top. I was hoping it was saucier, but instead gave the chicken a rough texture. It tasted ok. The louisiana rub was better but didnt wow me. I was fairly disappointed and wish I didnt cave in to my cravings, definitely wish I hadnt spent my money. My friend wasnt too impressed either. That said, Im sticking to my favorite places. I wouldnt rule out going back because Im curious about the other flavors and wonder if theyre better but I wouldnt make it my first choice when hungry.

This is one I just dont get! The pros: everything is made to order, reasonably fresh and hot. Its clean and well-organized. With that said, we have tried the wings three times. The missus loves the parm garlic ones. But the standard "buffalo" ... disappointing. Not "saucy" at all, in fact rather dry. The fries were horrible. Not once, not twice, but three times. Well cooked, but like an entire bottle of salt on them. I am not a salt-o-phobe. I LOVE Five Guys fries. No contest. I really, really wanted to like this place. Maybe its me - I also do not understand the allure of Buffalo Wild Wings (unless youre drinking, but Wingstop no habla alcohol). If you want those types of frozen, chain wings, you will probably like it. But if you want traditional buffalo wings, there are better local options ... maybe a little seedy and downmarket, but better!
