This place reminds me of J. Alexanders but not as consistently satisfying. The problems start when you arrive. NO PARKING SPACES! How can you open 3 restaurants within a stones throw from each other & have most of the parking be blocks away with NO VALET service? If you dont like to walk before dinner, come early or late during the week otherwise youll get soaked or sweated up before going for your meal there. (the same is true now for its neighbor the Kona Grill. The waitstaff in my 3 visits there mostly has no clue about the components in their menu dishes, & its not uncommon for them to go to the front to get information several times should you be curious enough to ask them. EACH time Ive been there this has happened. The food (especially the better steaks) is pricey & youd expect it to come to the table correctly. Yesterday, the halibut arrived cool (& its a hot dish). My last time there, the seafood extravaganza was mostly still frozen when it arrive! Were talking a $50-60. dish! The duck arrived barely war. Even my baked potato wasnt hot. So many choices. Why go here?!

I visited with my family and friends on December 2, 2016, a total party of 9...The service was wonderful ! But, even the outstanding service was eclipsed by the incredible food ! Our selections included the Australian lamb chops, the blue cheese fillet, voodoo shrimp, crispy calamari, the lobster and crab bisque, which was amazing all by itself, and the Blue Point Oysters Rockefeller, which by the way is not on the menu. Oh my goodness...! I grew up on the coasts and this is my first time living landlocked and I never had even heard of Conners prior to this visit but I can say without equivocation...this is the BEST steak and seafood that I have had since Ive been in Tennessee. Also, shout out to the manager !!! He handled everything magnificently !

My husband and I took a trip to Nashville TN and when I googled a good steak place, Conners popped up. Great choice!!! Best place we ate at while in Nashville. Made reservations so we wouldnt have to wait long. Only waited for 10 minutes and we were 20 minutes early. Steak was cooked just like we wanted it and the taste was amazing!(we both got filet, mine was regular filet, husband got the bourbon filet) I usually dont eat a lot of steak and I ate my whole 6 Oz steak. My husband didnt even have to help me! Then dessert(even though we were stuffed), we had the German chocolate upside down with ice cream. Yum! Highly recommend this restaurant and when we come back, we will for sure be eating here again!

I dined at the bar my bartender was Cady absolutely outstanding. I ordered the chicken picatta delicious as usual. I ordered a white wine with a splash of ginger ale I actually got a splash of ginger ale without having to get the whole can. Numerous times before I would order a white wine with a splash of ginger ale and Troy would bring me a whole can of ginger ale instead of a splash and charge me for the can. Katie made me feel so welcome and she is such a delight I dreaded when I came in and said at the bar that Troy was going to be the bartender. Kudos Cady keep up the good work. Very satisfied customer.

After a long day of sightseeing we dropped in without a reservation on a Friday night and we were seated immediately in the bar area. Our entire experience was excellent; prompt and extremely courteous service, the atmosphere was nice and very pleasant, the menu revealed a wide range of choices including sandwiches and burgers, and the food was excellent. We found the quality of our steaks at Connors superior to our favorite steaks back home and Connors was less expensive. Definitely a great choice for our visit to Nashville.

First time dinning here with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. My daughter and me had the fish and chips which were excellent. My wife had the sirloin steak which she really enjoyed. Our most enjoyable experience at your restaurant was our server Ethan. Ethan shared many things with us from his relationship with Jesus Christ, his new wife, his college experience and his family. It was a joy getting to know Ethan. We look forward to eating at your restaurant again and having Ethan as our server.

First time visit. We were greeted, very friendly and shown to a booth. Our waitress was, named Ally or Elly, was very good and very friendly. Our order was promptly taken, drinks were right out along with very good dough type bread and dipping oil. I ordered the rainbow trout dish. It was delicious, broccoli was hot and flavorful. Very nice presentation. My granddaughter enjoyed her Philly Cheese sandwich and there was a lot of it! Very positive dining experience. Will definitely come back.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I walked in to a clean welcoming atmosphere and smiling faces. My waiter, Josh, was the kindest most attentive ever! The manager even came by with a smiling face and asked how everything was. Unfortunately I didnt catch her name. The food was amazing and flavorful and I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. They even offered good vibes as I was leaving. I usually dont do reviews but I wanted to share this experience!

Has good food but be careful booking reservations. I had a reservation for 4 and highchair for a week. Then was called an hour and half before my reservation to be told I would have a time limit on how long I could stay! In all the places I have been I have never been told anything like this. I called and spoke to the manager and she said they were overbooked. Offered no other solution to the issue. I wont be back plenty of other places to eat in Cool Springs and Nashville.

First time here with friends wasnt too bad salad was good the bisque soup tasted a little too much like tomato soup. Calamari was good along with the bang bang shrimp or maybe it was fire cracker shrimp. The rib eye, filet, and prime rib were great! but the crab cakes tasted a bit to fishy . The cream brule and cheese cake were good. The wait staff was friendly but had to walk up to the bar for our after dinner drinks.

Delicious food! Went for lunch with hubby, had lobster bisque and grilled chicken salad. The bisque was rich, the salad packed with so much flavor! The champagne vinaigrette was nice and light. Best part was the price! Lunch menu is divided helpfully into price points - $8, $9, $10... The ambiance was quiet. Waitstaff super attentive. Very classy and affordable place, I highly recommend.

Filet mignon and Ribeye were delicious as well as the sides (strawberry and spinach salad, lobster and crab bisque, sweet potato fries, and baked potato). Filet was a little crispy on the outside on part of it. Made a reservation online and went straight to our table. Staff was courteous and kept our glasses filled. A great first experience at Connors.

I had the best dining experience Ive ever had at Connors Steak & Seafood in Franklin, TN. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had smiles on our face. Great service throughout. If you go, ask for Lindsey. She was the best waitress weve ever had! We will definitely go back.

This place is absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong eating here. The food and the service is excellent, you will not be disappointed. Who ever gave the review saying this place is no better than Burger King, obviously didnt really eat here and is just a hater!!!!!
