Since my comment was deleted..i decided to leave a review here. Its sad when you delete negative comments so your ratings stay high. For a first impression we wont be back and Im sure the other couple that was there for the first time wont be back either, because they werent happy with their service. Took 15 minutes and the waitress walking past us 5 times to even get a drink order. And no the place wasnt crowded...maybe 10 people. Went to place my order, no mullet, no tilapia, no fried corn and no hoagie rolls. So we settled on shrimp platters, you get hush puppies and 2 sides. I ordered cheese grits and broccoli, my husband ordered okra and coleslaw. A different waitress brought our food out, sat it down turned and walked to another table to chat. Never asked us if we needed anything and didnt wait for us to ask either. Had to walk up to the hostess and ask for cocktail sauce. I had no hush puppies and went to try the grits and they were cold. 30 min into the meal another waiter came by and asked if we needed anything by now were ill with the service and said no! So after another 20 min no one came by to give us our check and my husband had to once again walk up to the hostess to ask if he could pay and she said you can wait at your table and I will get someone. Ten min later, the same guy waiter came out and proceded to charge us for the whole meal. I guess he couldnt look at an almost completely full plate and see nothing was ate. I had ate about 4 less than flavorful shrimp, did not touch the broccoli and only tasted the grits to find out they were cold but could never ask for them to be warmed or ask for the hush puppies I never got because NO ONE ever came back to check on us or refill our tea. But he was gonna charge us full price! Our waitress supposedly went on break for 45 min, the other girl was busy chatting with her friends that came in, the other guy was busy chatting with an old couple the entire time we were there, so we only had contact with one waiter who couldnt pay attention to detail. Only after I said seriously, Im not paying full price for food I didnt get and food I didnt eat because of the quality..then he said, I can give it to you for half price. So I paid $6 for 4 shrimp and a half glass of tea and full price for my husband meal!

Tried ordering food to go today. They were extremely busy, but it doesnt excuse the poor customer service "offered" by Brooke, who barely acknowledged my presence before walking off. Seth finally took my order and I was told itd be about 15 minutes. Thirty minutes into my wait, I watch on older customer get her order to go before me. Questioning this Im told by Brooke that she called her order in; thats it, no follow up, doesnt ask about my order. Seth, good guy, comes back and is surprised I havent gotten my order. I finally give up and ask Brooke for a refund; she proceeds to help someone else first before finally helping me. She half heartedly apologies, but only because her boss is at the register with her. No one offered anything for the waste of my time or Brookes horrible attitude/customer service.

Mediocre. I gave it 2 tries and after calling in my order so I could get quick in and out, I still had to wait 15 minutes at 2pm in the afternoon. No wild catch. Farm raised fish. The owner was not there this day, the fellow that prepared ;my po boy grouper sandwich used rotten tomatoes with brown seeds, wilted lettuce ready for the hogs and a sandwich so dry, with no roulade sauce. something a true Cajun would never serve. The cole slaw tasted commercial from Sams club, yet they claimed it was home made. I was quite surprised to learn that the owners brother has a fresh fish market close by yet he gets his fish elsewhere. I think there are plenty of other fresh fish in the sea to eat out at. Over priced for the dive it is, I think I will skip this one from now on.

I am sorry but I wasnt impressed. I find it hard to believe you would serve this to people. I will not everrr come back. We spent 30.00 for lunch . I have pictures of the food tht i was served. The Hush puppies was doughy in the middle wasnt done. The Oyster platter i ordered the batter wasnt fully cooked wet batter...cheese grits was tooo wet n lumpy. Tea was like drinking cane syrup. The waitress offered to make another platter after i showed her even she was like Omg. I refused the remake of the food one bad experience was enough for me. Thanks. I really hope the owner gets the place in shape as far as cooking is concerned. :(

Real Poor Management. I had been getting 2 dinners a week to go for quite some time. On several occasions they were OUT of coleslaw and the last time I was there they were OUT of french fries... When I ask the manager (Jonathan) how they could run-out of 2 of the staples of the restaurant, he Canceled my Order and I was forced to go elsewhere for dinner. My wife at home with terminal cancer and me now having to go to yet another place to get dinner for her and me. My sweet wife passed away 8-6-2013 wel over 2-years ago and its been a 2 1/2-years or more since I have been to this poorly managed restaurant. I may NEVER go there again.

I was very pleased with the look & taste of their seafood so I asked the owner Gerard Patti how often they changed their grease, he told me even with an expensive filtering system in place they still change it every week. In todays economy its Good to see restaurant owners putting their customers First, I guess thats why His Family has been in business since 1935, as in JOE PATTI Seafood.

I asked if there was any pepper in the batter because Im allergic. They told me no. I get my fish, and after finishing a piece, I had to leave because I had started having a reaction. They still wanted to say there was none in there. Nothing else gives me a reaction like that. I dont feel like I should have had to pay for food I couldnt eat.

I interviewed here. Owner seemed very nice but I was informed that servers do not receive credit card tips. The tips are given to an outside charity. Which is fine if the patrons know anything left on cc is NOT A TIP its a donation the server gets none of

Best gumbo ever. All food is good. Love the fried oysters. Very friendly people and great service. Only complaint I have is not open late enough. If they ever bring the shrimp salad back, it is the best.
