My husband & I Love BDUBS.... we actually me in one 7 years ago in Abilene, TX. We have tried the NEW BWW in Fayettville a few times. The service is hit and miss. But tonight was the worst. We always sir at the bar at every BDUBS...thats just our thing. Jeremy just wreeked of attitude from the get go. He seemed ti be offended when we sat down because we asked for the dirty bar to be wiped down.......huffed when asked to change aTV playing tennis to THE COWBOYS! HE REPRIMANDED AND BELITTLED A hostess for seating someone new in his area. His exact words in front of a bar full of custimers , "I like my money and my customers right here" I really wanted to just leave. He made us feel like we were bothering him if we asked for napkins or silverware........I LOVE BWW just not the one in po-dunk "Fedd-ville". They need to get in board with customer service!!!!!! Good luck succeeding with this attitude! Go Cowboys.

We had to seat ourselves because plenty of tables with nobody wanting to work. We ordered and waited almost 20 mins for chips and salsa and some Luke warm fried pickles after having to ask our waitress to check on it. We had no silverware or napkins so I had to go up front to get that myself. My wife ordered a wrap with no sauce. She gets the wrap with sauce and points it out. It was taken back and immediately returned still with sauce, just less of it. Afraid of what else may "go wrong" with her meal she decided to just take it away and she wouldnt eat. The manager came by and seemed to care about as much as our lackluster waitress so we just said to make sure the wrap meal was off our check. We were so happy to have a fun place to go eat and watch football but Im doubtful we will be back. They did get 2 STARS because my food and my kids meals were good.

Fortunately for Bww, the food food is amazing and most of the time the order is accurate.. however since I moved to Fayetteville TN, Ive been coming here on Tuesdays, the take out line might as well been non existent. Wait times are getting to the point where I dont want to be a customer anymore. Really wish management would get rid of the kids there and have a more professional crew. I have been looked at threw the kitchen doors and yet, I was still standing there waiting on my order to be taken. So I know they see me. And the door chime works also.. I love BWW, but stuff needs to change. Im not the only complaining customer.. everyone else who was in there with me was on the same boat I was. This may be my last time coming back here :( After sitting here one whole hour, I will not be back... Im sorry.

Anti Gun policy, this chain is known for being Anti 2nd Amendment, but since they are close to my hotel I decided to stop by. Well they got my order wrong and the staff was busy and did not refill my glass until I asked. Oh well, not only do they want you disarmed but they they are not so good either. On the plus side it was right next to the hotel where I stayed, but even still the gun thing is a total political downer.

Walked in at 9:25 the hostess informed us rudely that they were getting ready to close and we couldnt eat outside...Our waitress handled that issue but the kitchen failed to get out appetizers out before our wings, our wings had feathers on them so we sent out food back asked to cancel our order and then they tried to bring our appetizers...

Have to wait several minutes to get seated, because no one is working the door. Then finally got my order and it was wrong And the waitress argued with me! I knew the menu better than she did, but I did Graduate third grade! (Lol) Theres only two waitresses that actually know what they are doing, and I Always tip them at least 30%.

This is the 3rd time here. First 2 were not good experiences, food cold service very slow. More employees sitting around eating than customers. My son wanted to come, said I would give it one more chance. Glad I did our waiter Travis made sure food was fresh and hot, service was excellent. Still one the pricy side.

Id say BWW as a whole prolly deserves 3 stars, but this is Fayetteville! Were lucky to have a wing place, not to mention a well stocked and affordable bar! Plenty of entertainment, Tvs, trivia, wifi etc etc. Man, im almost debating leaving 5 stars after reading my post again haha!

Service was absolutely terrible. Waited for 45 mins while looking at empty tables and hearing the manager say "theyve waited this long they can wait some more." never coming back to this one. Drive the extra 20 mins to tullahoma.

Hours of operation are not as stated on site. No need to attempt early lunch here. 11:20 on Saturday 5/12. Probably best if you cant even open on time, probably cant even fry buffalo wings. Management needed!

Gross. Do not go to fayetteville, go to huntsville if you want your food to tast good. We ordered medium and hot wings and they were hard as a rock. The fries and the wings we ordered were both cold anyways.

If your in any type of hurry this is not the place to eat at. Their wings are as good as any other bww. A lot of times they are out of side items. Its hit or miss.
