This joint needs to get their act together. They have been open a year, so the bugs should be worked out. The wings are stale and have that reheated taste. They are barely coated with sauce, if any of the sauce gets on the wings at all. I always have to ask for Extra Wet with a side of sauce in addition to that. They kitchen takes entirely too long to get food to the table. We have been to many BWW around the country, and never have had service and food as bad as this one. They have games on the TV, but other than main games they have a jukebox cranking out music at a level that you cant hear yourself talk, much less the people you are there with. Forget about hearing a game announced. We went to watch the opening Ceremony of the winter olympics, and crappy music blaring from the jukebox. When we requested that the Ceremony be turned on so we could hear the opening singing/ dedication/etc. We were told that he couldnt do it b/c people had paid to play music on the jukebox. This is sports bar. The ultimate WORLD WIDE sporting event was on, and they wouldnt even put the sound on. Same this with many of the hockey games this year. I have NEVER had an experience like this. We stopped going there all together until tonight for the Bengals v Broncos preseason. We realized it is just going to be the same old, same old. It took the entire 4th quarter to get a cup of sauce for wings that were to dry. Eating cold wings dipped in cold sauce for $13 isnt my idea of a good night. If you are dying to go and try it- here are a few tips. Sit at the bar- they give the best service, and actually want to do their jobs. Order all wings Extra Wet if want what is considered to be normal sauce at a different BWW. Dont expect to get your food fast. I have actually called my order in for pick up and waited my entire 30 minutes of lunch break waiting on it, when it was supposed to be ready to pick up when I got there. Take a jacket- it is inhumanely cold in there. Take ear plugs. It is insanely loud, and they play a lot of Carrie Underwood. Good luck.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, LIED ABOUT AVAILABLE GAMES, FOOD WAS MESSED UP We called ahead of time (almost 3 hrs) to confirm that they would be showing the NCAA football game we wanted to see. We were ensured that the game would be available. When we arrived and asked the hostesses where we should sit to be able to watch the game, they handed a list of the scheduled viewing events and said "I dont know, figure it out." After further inquiry we were told that the game was not one of the big name games that they were showing on the big screens, but they would put the game we wanted on one of the smaller screens. We were seated and the waiter asked what tv we would like the game on based on the view from our table. After taking our drink orders, the waiter went off to get our requested game on the tv. After receiving the drinks we were informed that they couldnt put the game on because didnt carry the network that we were told, multiple times, was going to be available (PAC-12). Now that we had drinks we decided to order our food to-go because we had no reason to stay. Our food showed up but not packaged to-go as we had requested. The food was taken back to be wrapped up. Upon receiving our now wrapped food we still had to request the check. When we got home we realized that none of the food had been labeled, as is customary when ordering multiple types of wings. After figuring out what we actually got, we found that wings did not have the ordered seasoning and we didnt receive the requested dips. There was no issue with the quality of the food. Overall, not the caliber of service that I have come to expect from BWW. I am severely disappointed with the service at this location and probably wont return.

Outrageously disappointing! Between the kitchen and our waitress nothing we ordered arrived correctly nor in a timely manner. We ordered a sweet tea and a water, it took 10 minutes to get to our table. Once we got our drinks Our waitress didnt expect us to order an appetizer, she asked for our meal orders right away. I had to ask twice for a glass of ice because my tea was warm. Our food came out almost on top of our appetizer. My boyfriend ordered wings with the sauce on the side. When the baskets arrived the sauce was on the wings and the wings were almost cold. We were so frustrated that he couldnt even eat them. We were never rude and we never complained, we were very polite and understanding. By the time the wings got to us we had had enough. He explained that the wings were cold and wouldnt care to finish them or send them back. She had a manager comp the item which took 10 minutes because, as she explained to us, she couldnt find either of the two working that evening. On top of their apparent absence, neither one approached our table when it was brought to their attention that we were unhappy. Completely unprofessional in my opinion! Lastly, The waitress asked me if I needed a box, where in I replied yes please...and it never came. We waited another 10 minutes and My boyfriend had to go to the take out counter to get one. In conclusion to this incredibly frustrating experience, due to the lack of attentiveness and competence, we missed our movie which we left ample amount of time for. So we arrived hungry and eager, and we left hungry and angry. This is our third dissatisfied visit with BWW and it will be our last. We will NEVER eat here again.

So, normally we love this place, we spend a LOT of money here. Today was Veterans Day which is the first time you all have given away free food, I appreciate that. However, I would have rather paid for the food and got better service. The service was the worst Ive ever experienced at any restaurant. It took 15 minutes to get drinks, the server was too busy to bring out the food, we couldnt find our server on multiple occasions and asked her for the check multiple times. It really seemed like the girl working with us just blatantly didnt care at all. Again, free food, I cant piss and moan too much but seriously, I wouldve paid for better service. Lately the service at this bdubs has declined sooooo much. The last thing I have to say, and probably the most annoying, the last beer I got tasted like soap..... That just.... Ugh.... I cant even. Its like just stapling my tongue to a friggen dishwasher, Im writing this right now and I can still taste how bad it was, like an hour later.... After working in food and bev for a long time, I understand being in the weeds but busy or not, this place needs to get it together!!

Never write reviews, but this place earned it. Typically I love BWW it is my go to place. I was in town for a night and wanted to eat a meal, have a beer and watch the FLORIDA Marlins baseball game. It was a tuesday and there was no football or basketball on, the bar was pretty sparse except for a few other fans who wanted to watch the same game. We asked repeatedly for the "channel guy" in the white jersey to put one of their main tvs on the Marlins game. Which we figured would be no problem since the bar wasnt too crowded, we were in FLORIDA and we wanted to watch the FLORIDA Marlins. Well after asking a couple of times the TV remained on the Spartan Warrior Dash. The channel guys (wish I got his name) response was the most condescending and rude treatment I have ever received in a restaurant. I promptly cancelled my order, paid my tab and drove down the street to Twin Peaks where 12 tvs had the Florida marlins playing... If you would like to be treated like a piece of s*** this is the place to eat, otherwise I would recommend somewhere else.
