I would have given the review 5 stars but the customer service here ridiculously horrible. I truly dont know what the leadership if any. Where do I start?: 1) When placing a phone order( if you can get through to them), so rude and short right immediately. 2) You can barely place your before they cut you off and rush your order. 3) When you go pick up your food, you will wait a while before they even say anything unless the guy is there who appears to be owner. 4) Then if you ask for any additional youre given a "what do you want know" look.Theyre just very unprofessional to the point it ticks you off after driving 25 mins to support a business because they have a great product. Dont misunderstand I love Knock Out Wings but they would definitely get a lot more business and positive word of mouth advertising if they train the employees to provide better service or atleast hire some people who can give better service. Too many customers stating the same problems.

Food was ok, but Customer Service was as always rude and unprofessional, Ce Ce checked me and my son out , and I attempted to explain to her that I had been trying to call to place an order for about 45 minutes and that maybe she should check the phone to make sure it was off the hook. She said that she just came up to help the older blonde lady and they was really busy. But as soon as the older blone lady heard what I said about the phone, she made a smart ass statement that oh the phone must have been off the hook. So after placing my order I called the knockout wing Number again and the phone. Started ringing at knockout wings and I said to my son see I told you the phone was off the hook!

I got food poisoning from this place and when I went back after being hospitalized they offered to remake my food as if Id EVER eat there again. Then I saw roaches on the counter next to the cakes and pies. On top of all this they have the WORST customer service ever known to man. Jasmine with the stiff beauty supply hair Bob must not like her job but I didnt tell her to apply so she shouldnt take her frustrations out on customers. They should be closed down from how filthy it is. Sad to see another family owned business getting run into the ground. Really wish I could speak with the owner, who should be embarrassed!!

I jus recently moved from Atlanta and we love our chicken wings. I came to knockout thinking i would have the same experience as back home but i was sadly mistaken. I ask for my wings to mild with lemon pepper sprinkles and when i open the box the were covered with this hot sauce. The wings were big but the sauce made it hard to eat them. The next morning i woke up and my stomach was in agonizing pain. Im sure they didnt mean to do this but from first impression i was not impressed. Maybe i caught them on a bad day but i know this i wont come back to knock out wings for a long time

Great place to get your wings. And it is very good for the price. You get a lot of wings for a small amount. The biggest downfall right now is the customer service. They tend to keep the phone off the hook when it is busy. This is not good for customer service as they may lose customers in the process,especially customers who are trying to order large platters or large orders of wings. They need to deal with this issue by way of either having a dedicated person just answering the phones or do an online ordering system.

Visited Knockout Wings for the first time today! (May 16, 2012). Im from Buffalo, New York, and frankly, I know my wings. These wings come the closest to what I grew up with more than any other in Nashville. The sauce is tasty and done right, the wings are large, and they were cooked to just the right crispy perfection. To top everything off, the value of the product for the price is far better than any other wing place here too! Good job, Knockout! You just won me over as a customer! CJ

I order the whitefish combo. The fish was good,. Im just so used to Detroit Fish shops and how their seafood is cooked to perfection. The fish was good, but it was fired to hard. The cajun fries werent good at all. I was under the assumption that they were already battered. Instead they were just fries…tossed in cajun seasoning. Didnt sit well with my stomach. I will try the restaurant again and order their wings, since thats what they are known for and see how that goes.

The reviews set me up for the kill because the food was terrible. Maybe it was an off day or maybe some people just like nasty overcooked food. The service was a little rude like most stated but nothing a little customer service training cant fix. I wasnt impressed and itll be a long time before I try them again.

This fast food place is evolving into an Institution on Jefferson, with its own hip-hop, non-stop, get the orders out, local tastes and styles of traditional food, like burgers, fish sandwiches, and wings. If you havent been there, dont despair, as Jefferson goes, so grows the KnockOut Wings.

Excellent fries and fried chicken sandwich. The fish sandwich could use more seasoning. Love, love the buns. The place could use some cleaning. The booths were dirty and I had to wipe the seat with a napkin to seat down. Friendly staff. There is some waiting time in case you are in a hurry.

The Biscuits and sweet tea are a MUST buy there. The chicken sandwich is good as well. Wings are tasty. The service there? HORRIBLE. If they had just okay service it would be a five star but customer service so stink is ridiculous. If you can get past that, youre in for a treat!

Mouth watering wings. They give healthy portions for a reasonable price. The biscuits are sooo good. I was visiting a friend in Nashville, and I will make sure I come to this place everytime I come back. The workers may not be the nicest, but the food is to die for.

I love this place Great service my food is always cooked and prepared perfectly. Biscuits like Granny use to make and to the reviewer that said "A little ghetto though" that is a great thing. The staff are super nice and friendly so I will take Ghetto all day long

Knock Out Wings serve consistently Excellent Food, offer a variety of wing flavors and they have some Excellent Fish! I love their biscuits! The staff is kind and courteous, Ive been going on and off for 10 + years...by far one of the best!

This was my favorite place but lately the food hasnt been the greatest. I always order lemon pepper chicken and its been more grease than seasoning on 75% of the wings. They also stopped doing the student discount.
