Update FRIDAY August 11, 2017. The RACIST regional franchise owner contacted me. He was condescending, racist, and offered know apology. This company should not be allowed to do operate in ALABAMA especially Birmingham. A normal company would apologize and assure you the customer you come first. This FRANCHISE OWNER was defensive and offered no apology. And concerning the comment your GM made to me HE can prove that hes not racist because he employs BLACKS does not negate youre not a RACIST! Under the 1964 Civil Rights Act you have no CHOICE but to employ blacks. The question is how many blacks do you have in a supervisory or management position at this location and at your corporate offices. I ask this because when I was mistreated at your location I was met with all WHITE racist managers. RACIST RACIST!!!!!!! Joseph Pullidia G.M. REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY GIFT CERTIFICATE BECAUSE OF MY RACE BLACK. BEWARE. IF YOU GET BAD SERVICE AND RECEIVE A GIFT VOUCHER FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT THIS STORE WILL TREAT YOU BADLY AND WILL DENY YOU YOUR RIGHT TO REDEEM THE GIFT CERTIFICATES BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN. I ATTEMPTED TO REDEEM $15,00 WORTH OF GIFT CERTIFICATES AND THE WHITE EMPLOYEE AND WHITE MANAGER DENIED ME SERVICE AND MY RIGHT TO USE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE WHICH HAS THEIR NAME, BRAND NAME ON THEM - BUFFALO WILD WINGS. THE WHITE MANAGER HAD A VERY RACIST ATTITUDE AND MANNER IN WHICH HE DENIED ME SERVICE. Im reporting the Trussville Buffalo Wild Wings for racist customer service. Everyone in United States of America knows that when you are provided a "gift certificate" from a brand name such as Buffalo Wild Wings that gift certificate should be redeemable at any Buffalo Wild Wings. I went into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Trussville today 8/8/2017 to redeem $15 worth of gift certificates with Buffalo Wild Wings name on it. I attempted to purchase $20 worth of wings. The next thing I know my gift certificates were taken to the back and provided to a white MOD/supervisor manager on duty. He did not come out and tell me that he was contacting the OWNER/manager of the store he instead called the manager before he even came out to speak with me which was confusing and baffling. HE THEN CAME OUT AND ABRUPTLY ASKED ME " WHERE DID YOU GET THESE"? My gift certificates were provided by another Buffalo Wild Wings for their screw up. He looked at me and said we arent taking these and Ive already contacted my store manager and were not going to take these. I asked him why and he said that they do not have to take gift certificates that are provided from another Buffalo Wild Wings. I asked him to contact the store manager he stated that he had already talked to him and theres nothing that they could do about it. Its conclusive that this was committed based upon my race Afro-American. I was treated in such a bad way that one could only assume that this has been done to several other black patrons. In no way should a franchise store Under the Umbrella of a corporate entity such as Buffalo Wild Wings act like this. There are laws that prohibit this type of customer treatment toward people. Laws have been broken in regard to the way that I was treated and Im sure other customers have been treated this way in the past. This is a message to all minority guests if you have a gift certificate which was provided to you from another Buffalo Wild Wing do not go into this store and try to redeem it because they will deny you based upon your ethnicity and treat you very badly.

Not too impressed with the overall experience. The atmosphere was really looking when someone decided to turn up the volume to one of the TVs. It was an awards show. Its not like it was a ball game or something everyone would be more likely to want to hear across the entire room. The traditional wings were fantastic. I had salt and vinegar and they were very juicy. The boneless wings were very tough and overcooked. I asked for hot BBQ on those and I think I just got hot. I tasted no BBQ flavor at all. The service was sparse. He only came to check on us maybe twice. Then when he gave us the check he added an extra order of wings and a drink that were not ours. He fixed it after I said something.

$43 for 10 wings, 20 boneless wings and chips and queso (which were $8 by themselves)!!! And I ordered TO-GO so I didnt even get drinks or have to tip or it would have been closer to $60 JUST FOR 2 PEOPLE to eat some damn chicken!! REALLY???!?? And the damn chicken was hard and just all around VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I will never go back to BWW!! I worked at this location for several years back in high school and the prices were no were near as high as they are now and the food was MUCH better!! If you go just to watch a game and drink beer its the place for you, but if youre going just to eat...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Went there last night...there were a good 10 employees standing by the front and not many customers, so we thought it would be a lovely quick dinner. After being seated....and waiting 20 minutes...we walked out. Walked right past the whole gaggle of squawking servers - which had grown since we walked in - And one of the servers was SO CLUELESS that they said "thanks for coming in, have a great night!" as if wed had a fabulous experience. It was so bad that its funny. We went to Costas and had surprisingly DELICIOUS wings. Wont go to the local BW3 again, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND COSTAS WINGS!!!

Good environment overall. Loud and sports enthusiastic so if youre looking for a place to have a quiet conversation, then not the place but if youre trying to find a spot with good food and the game on this is your place. Update as of 7-13-16 This location has gone down hill. The staff took well over 3 minutes just to come to the front of the business to even acknowledge a patron let alone sit anyone. Then waiting for menus and drink orders for over 5 minutes as waitresses walked by to which none of them addressed us. Not sure whats going on but not our business from now on thats for sure.

The food was fine, the atmosphere was fine, the service was awful. The young lady who waited on us ( a blond who has worked there for several years) made me beg for every drink I got. Not only did she ignore me while serving my husband, she also ignored me while asking my husband where she knew him from. She knew him from the bar! I had an empty drink and even the bar patrons around me asked why she was ignoring me so much. I DONT KNOW! Terrible service. The man behind the bar with her didnt help any. Because of the poor service I will not go back....

My husband and I stopped in for a small BTE before our movie here in Trussville. We both ordered traditional snack size for that altogether satiated feeling without feeling stuffed; Asian zing for me with an Apple Jack Cider and Bourbon Honey Mustard for him with a Pepsi. Curtis S was our server and he was awesome! It didnt take too long from order to table, and he constantly checked to see if we were satisfied or needed anything else. One or two of my wings were a little tough, but overall absolutely tasty. We will be back.
