Bad and good experience. came in for dinner after being open for almost two weeks (i think) and I expected mediocre service but it ended up being terrible service. I was immediately seated in the left section on the east side of the building. After being seated I watched two other groups that were seated after us being attended to and served while we still just sat there. after about 15min of no service we got up and headed to the bar section hoping for better service. there we were addressed by multiple servers but still no service. finally after sitting there for 8 minutes we were approached by a man named Corey and even though he was very busy, with a good humor, he stopped to help. Corey helped us to the best of his ability, even though like I mentioned he was very busy. We enjoyed our food and beer. Corey then apologized for the inconvenience and asked us to come again to give then another try. Thanks to Coreys help we will be returning to dine in again. Thanks again Corey

Ordered $20 of wings. The person I ordered from was not authorized to actually ring up the order. Had to wait for the cashier that could actually work the POS. then told it would take 15 - 20 mins to fill the order. Ok so I wrote a novel, came back & was told it would take an additional 15 - 20 minutes. Waited another 5 minutes & since my dog was in the car (had a/c on) figured I had waited long enough. Told the cashier to forget the order & wanted a credit on my card. Took another 5 minutes to find the mngr who was the only one authorized to process a refund. By the time skippy the mngr arrived I was ready to go postal. The cashier had to show skippy the mngr how to work the register. He asked if I was sure if I didnt want the wings at which point I was ready to end him. Life is way too short to order food from this place. Worst food experience ever!!!

Unfortunately i cant write a good review. The waitress was very nice and patient and friendly. But First of all when we order our wings, one of the wings had feathers, and yes its understandable if its just one or 2 or even 3 if they are very very small, but guess what, they where LONG FEATHERS. Who in the world is gonna eat a wing with 2 inches long feathers, not me thats for sure. Second of all my lemonade had a fly/bug in it. My point of view is that they are not Clean. They did bring me another wing and they did change the drink but i think they need to be more careful on what they serve, and their cleaning. So just keep an eye in your food or drinks please..

stopped by on our way home from vacation in chicago, my mother-in-law has food allergies that the buffalo wild wings here in michigan take care of. we had asked to split my MIL and FILs order of wings up so she got the half that were unseasoned, they came out all together in the same basket, food was late, some of our food was cold, we spoke to a manager she seemed inexperienced and got very very defensive about how long it would take to remake our food. we had a couple customers come in after us that got their food before us. TL;DR: food was slow to get out, wings were cold, order was screwed up, the staff also seemed inexperienced.

Definitely dont do takeout. Horrible.....was told to wait for my order. So I waited patiently for almost 30 mins for my order (came back in once to check but was told to continue waiting) and guess what? It had been in the warmer the entire time Id been there waiting!!! Another employee had to show it to the hostess, she kept overlooking it apparently. So after receiving my warmed salad, I had to remind the hostess to give me dressing and a fork! The waitstaff and manager seemed all over the place and it wasnt even crowded.....and the salad was not so good compared to the Lansing and Calumet City location........

I was in town visiting my brother and sister, we decided to go the BBW to watch the NBA All-Star Saturday events. It took 15 mins to be directed to the bar, our table was dirty, we had to find our waitress the whole night, they took forever to change to the NBA events, the staff was rude when we asked for a bag for our leftovers, and they took all day to bring us the check. The manager that evening was incompetent for answering if they were under staff by saying we are under staff but we are not under staff. Sooooo youre under staffed? Or theres no accountability for the staff by management.

Athletically its probably the nicest BW3s I have ever been too. There is a TON of large high quality screens. I cant wait to see some UFC fights there. The food has been really good so far. You can just tell they are still training the staff and trying to get things running smoothly. But my orders have always been correct. There have just been some small miscommunications. But, the staff has really nice and ready to quickly fix their mistake.

I originally put a long bad review 1 yr ago. Been there a total of 5 times and only once was the food exceptional. Usually decent staff although drinks are weak and takes a while for them to come up even on a slow night. Extra wet wings is just a extra thick coat on wings. It comes out tacky. I would still recommend go go elsewhere. I only go here if Im treating friends and its their suggestions... Good luck ppl.

I came here during the girls softball world series. The place was packed but everybody on staff was cool about all of the people and there was never a long wait. There were a cupples of people who had to wait for there waiter to come to there table. But overall I personally love the laid back atmosphere and the food is amazing. I would define try recommend it for any ocasion.

Waitress charged me an extra $5 for tip when her service was horrible. The whole store is has bad service. It is honestly a hit or miss with this store. Ive had a lot of experiences from waiting too long to get served, from food arriving cold because they forgot about us, to fraud during the transaction process. I would keep away from this place.

This place is terrible. The management is terrible I showed up on 6/25/2017 Sunday around 11pm the doors were locked. I knocked and a customer let me in the manager desire told me the kitchen was closed so I left the door clearly said they closed at midnight. Never aagain will I go. Never had a manager treat people that way.

did take out and waited an hour after being quoted 30mins..asked for wings crispy and came out under done..paid 3.25 for fries and got the amount of a small fry from mcD(not joking)..everyone(customers) there was pist off.. nice building but very poor service the worst Ive actually ever seen!

My family goes here often and the staff is always very friendly and quick. Weve had DeAngelo as our server a few times and he has always been great. We were greeted as soon as we came in, got a table after just a few minutes and our food was timely, hot, good and accurate.
