My first few experiences with Wings and Rings in Elizabethtown were pleasant. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and the portions were commendable. I enjoyed it more so than Buffalo Wild Wings. However, my past two experiences were absolutely dreadful. I decided to take my family after church. They live out of town and had never eaten there before. I raved about how great it was, only to disappoint them immensely. The service was awful. Not only did we wait 20-30 minutes for our drinks, and then another 30-40 for our food, but our food was almost completely wrong. A few of us received the wrong items, and my girlfriend didnt receive her food at all. It then took an extremely long time for the waitress to make corrections, all while our drinks sat empty. Today, my most recent visit was more or less the same, and it was not busy. It took 15-20 minutes before our waitress came to the table. Another 15-20 minutes to receive our drinks. When we finally received our food, a good 40 or so minutes later, it was completely wrong. I only received half of my order, and my girlfriends order wasnt delivered. The waitress was apologetic, but blamed the cooking staff for the error, which they should NEVER do. When we received the corrections, they were wrong....AGAIN! I also asked for ketchup for my fries a total of 3 times, and never received it. I also waited for a refill for a solid 20 minutes. We were there a lot longer than we wanted to be simply because of terrible service. I love the food, but not enough to continue supporting this business. Improve the service, and have an adequate number of staff so that wait times can improve.

My last few visits to Buffalo Wings & Rings have been enjoyable, but yesterday, Sunday, April 10, 2016, around 1:30 p.m., not the best of experiences. I took my son, who had never been there before, and, after talking about how good it was, became a disappointment. Our waiter definitely had too many tables to take care of, so we waited a long time to get our drinks (tea & water) and to get refills. I asked for some extra pickles, which never came. I ordered Parmesan Garlic Aioli fries, which I did not get, even though I mentioned them when he brought our order out. I had finished my burger when I told him to forget the fries and he seemed surprised that I still didnt want them. We had to wait 5 minutes just to get a bottle of ketchup. The other person that went with us ordered regular fries and extra lettuce. His fries were ice cold and no extra lettuce, so I gave him mine. All in all, a disappointing outing for a Sunday afternoon.

Update... 7/20/17 Up to 4 stars from 3 stars. Food today was great and table service was awesome! Ask for Jamie. Best server I have had anywhere in quite a while. ....................... We have eaten here a few times. Good draft beer selection. Lots and lots of tvs. Mostly sports shows. You can play Keno here. I was disappointed in the size of my boneless wings this time. And our waitress didnt seem to know much about the menu or food. She also didnt know which sauce was which on our boneless orders and actually put the bowls up to her nose several times and smelled them. 0.0 The best thing about this place is the draft beer selection. The worst thing is typically the service. At the bar and at tables.

Waiter confirmed my order for traditional bone in wings...2 or 3 times...and after waiting 30 min because it was a steady wed night...they bring my order seasoned correctly but boneless!! I asked for a manager...and sat for another 5-8 minutes..waiting..and im beyond frustrated after waiting 40 min for food and to address it with a manager on duty...so i decided to leave. Upon leaving i asked for their corporate number and the gorl was nice and asked a manager who in turn asked her to have me wait another 5-10 min so he could speak with me,..i was upset and left. Wont be back due to the lack of focus to address a customers issue in a timely manner.

Great food! , friendly employees and upbeat atmosphere. We were greeted with smiles and seated in no time and even when there was a slight mess up with which server had which table (servers were still learning the ropes since just opened in November), we were catered to and no hiccups with food. I appreciate the varied menu even though the focus is on wings. We have been back several times since opening in November. One of our favorite restaurants now :) We tried the competitor down the road when they first opened the same month as Buffalo Wings & Rings and we were sorely disappointed with "the other guys" across from Home Depot.

Id like to give Buffalo Wings & Rings a better rating but the last two times I visited I wasnt completely satisfied. Ill start with the positive. I have had some really great food here, the portions are size well, and the restaurant is always very clean. The service on my last few visits was subpar. One of those was a slow lunch day. Another day the restaurant was pretty busy and the food quality suffered tremendously. I dont mind to wait as long as the food quality is good. That being said its a decent restaurant.

Manager has a name tattooed on his neck but no name tag. Wings and fries were mediocre at best. Michelle, the bar tender, was exceptional. Team of employees standing around blocking the walkways even though there were tables unbussed and trash on the floors. Not easy to access the parking lot. Small signage from Lowes parking lot is the only way in. Not a good floor layout looking into the kitchen area for the bar tables. Id rather wait for seating at BWW half a block away.

Food was good. Service was not great at all. Waitress returned 20 mins after bringing our food, no refill, didnt bother to even check on us until we were ready for the check. I understand it can be busy, but 20 mins without even being checked on. Went on a Monday so kids eat free - was still charged fot my daughters meal. I have NEVER done a review but my experience was not what I considered good customet service. I am very disappointed with my experience here.

Service was good. Wings were flavorful but were barely warm as if they had been cooked before even arrived and they just added the flavor and heat sauces when we ordered. I also ordered a Blackened and Blue Burger which came with blue cheese crumbles. The blue cheese was good but the burger did not have any Cajun spices as stated in the description so it was just a plain burger. The burger was also much smaller than the bun. I will not be going back.

Stopped in for a quick meal between work and a football game. Everyone on staff was attentive and courteous. My order was taken quickly, and the food came out fast (and it was actually what I ordered). I ordered too much, but only because each boneless wing was much bigger than other places serve. Guy working the bar said they show the UFC fights, too--a definite plus. Ill be coming back to try more sauces and watch the events. Great place.

Well i enjoy gping to this place and normally get the southwest salad which is great and plenty to eat although this is the childs portion of mac and cheese as u can see by the small highliter i used and the size of the receipt there isnt but a few nites there and yet u look at the receipt and see $5.49 for such a small portion so if u plan on eating at Buffalo Wings and Rings in Etown i suggest you avoid the mac and cheese.
