We have been there about 2 or 3 times since it opened. I have to say the wings are absolutely delightful. Ive never experienced such quality chicken in a boneless wing. The perfect amount of batter, too. I like that there are several flavors, but you also pick the hotness level for each flavor. Since I like spice, this means my options arent limited. I also like that you can order a 15 piece but have it split into 3 different batches (flavors) of 5. This keeps them affordable for those who want to experiment with different flavors. They also come in a bowl with lots of extra sauce which I love. The other menu items look good but to be honest, I always resort to getting the boneless wings when I go, just because they are that good. The reasons why I only gave 4 out of 5 stars... I feel like while the staff do try, they all come across as very young and inexperienced, sometimes I get the feeling that they are just barely keeping things running smoothly. They also have a limited selection of beer, and were completely out of the Sam Adams when I tried to order it. The restaurant has an open concept seating arrangement, so there is not a lot of privacy at your table. If there is one thing I would change, however, it would be to dim the lights! The atmosphere is very bright, making it feel more like a Dennys than a sports bar. None the less, the food more than makes up for it. We love that its only a half mile from home and we have officially made this our wing spot, over Buffalo Wild Wings - we never go there anymore now that this place opened.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! If I could leave ZERO stars, I WOULD! Where do I even start?! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!! Management said "hey dude" when speaking to us. Hostesses standing around while customers wait to place their orders. Cold food upon delivery after waiting 45 minutes! The orders were completely incorrect when finally received we had to send half of it back! Did I mention I received soda water instead of regular water. Waitress walks away multiple times while youre still speaking to her. My father who walked in a few minutes late was never greeted by the waitress, never was asked for a drink or order! Took 10 minutes to receive a refill of sweet tea! These people were NOT EVEN BUSY! Passive aggressive waitresses! It was an absolute horrible experience. We spoke with the manager and if we return and things improve, I will edit my review but this was a terrible experience dont come here unless you have 3 hours to spend and an exorbitant amount of patience.

Ive been here twice now, dined-in once a couple weeks after they opened and today for a carry-out order. The chicken was great quality and the batter was appropriate. The boneless wings were nothing to write home about and the chicken tenders were above average. The problem for me is the service and management. My carry-out order was completely screwed up. All in, my $20 (including tip) got me one single order of chicken tenders (fries missing) and five sauces... yet still missing one out of the two sauces I actually ordered. Perhaps its too much to say "get your act together" but thats how I feel; a "five free wings on your next visit" coupon doesnt change that. Pro tip... If you want awesome chicken tenders in the Cool Springs area, go to Drakes. Trust me.

Cheddars has better onion rings and wings, Ground has much better burgers and fries...................For a blatant Buffalo Wild Wings rip off I wasnt expecting much in terms of food. I was not surprised, for a place with onion rings in their name you would think they make their own onion rings. They in fact, do not. They are frozen and quite expensive. $7.00 for 9 onion rings. The burger patties seem preformed and frozen as well. Square sides on a burger?? Adding insult to the disappointing food, the manager or owner was making rounds to the tables and stopped at every table except ours. He even offered to send orders of wings for free to the table behind ours for no reason. Extremely bad move when you have paying customers in ear shot.

Been here 2x and each time there were no hostess to great you so I had to seat myself. Both times it was NOT busy at all max 10 people. Their staff were usually standing around and. It working. Mainly talking to each other or talking to their friends who where dining in. Food is ok not great. Prices are more than Buffalo Wild Wings. To be honest I think the food is better at Buffalo Wild Wings. Wings and Rings big thing is they serve their food in whit china bowls instead of plastic or cardboard trays. Honestly I dont care that the food comes in either of those. Will I ever go back to Wings and Rings? NO, I dont think so.

Oh man...where do I begin? It started with a homemade Tennessee beer...that was good. Like we say back in The Bahamas - that beer was dead good!!! DEAD GOOD!!! The boneless wings (Lemon Pepper, Wasabi something, and a special blend not on the menu. Yes, I had alot of boneless wings) had me stuffed before I ordered my second beer. Thanks Matt! Kevin took care of me with the beers and my lunch order of wings (yes, they that good) & gyro and onion rings. Food - 10 out of 10. Beer - 10 out of 10. Only thing missing is a bed to go to sleep in after you finish eating. I will be back for round 2.

My wife and I have been in search of the original Buffalo Wings and Rings that we grew up with in FL and we were so excited to see that Middle TN has one. This place is awesome! Not only that, Mark, the owner knows how to treat customers. It shows that he is committed to have the best wings in the entire area. This is the real deal. The wings are done to perfection and I would have given 6 stars if the Rings still meant the curly fries I grew up with but now they mean Onion Rings... but oh well, I came for the WINGS and Mark and his wing joint DELIVERS!!! Bravo!

Too Expensive, Food just isnt good, service wasnt good. The fact that sides like onion rings and fries are not included in the already high prices for wings and tenders, and that the "On US" section for dips and celery is really only on us if you want one, if you want two ranch or blue cheese or more its an up charge. Oh and the sauces are just not good little flavor or just overly sweet. And the heat isnt there I order Hot my friend ordered Medium and his had more kick than mine.

I was here pretty late in the evening so they were not busy at all. The bartender was great. She was really friendly and a pleasure to talk to during dinner. The food was pretty good as well. I got the pretzels as an app, they were very tasty, the cheese they come with was very good as well. I also got wings, which were decent. Nothing too special about them but they were not bad at all. Knocking a star off because I was expecting the wings to be a bit better than average.
