A great place for sushi and more. We actually found this place on accident while shopping in the area. A friend and I sat down at the bar and, luckily, met Tony(boss man) on our first visit. My best experiences, though a bit more expensive, have been when I have just asked him to surprise me (after several visits of ordering my selections, of course). And, Id recommend asking lots of questions if you are sitting at the bar in earshot of the chefs. They seem to like the friendly conversation and sharing their knowledge, especially Tony(find his pic in the gallery on the web site). Im no sushiologist but I have had sushi and sashimi in many large(r) cities in what looked like top-rate joints. Some experiences have been equal to and much more expensive but have not really eclipsed the taste experiences found here. It is not very often that my family travels to Clarksville without stopping here.

Really good, really fresh sushi and very good service. My husband and I used to get sushi from "Tony" (the owner) when he worked at a Chinese buffet and his sushi was always great and presented well. Every roll we have had has been excellent. One warning though, he can make it very spicy, so if you like spicy, be specific about how spicy you want it! We eat a lot of spicy food and ask him to keep in 5/10 for spiciness and its just right.

We eat there regularly, I love everything they serve, the Calamari is unique, completely different than any Ive ever tasted. It is delicious as well as the sushi and the meals, theres nothing to complain about. This is one of those restaurants that you want to take everyone to. The people there are friendly and always happy to see you. My favorite place to eat without a doubt!

They use corn syrup for their Teriyaki sauce. Makes we wonder where else they cut corners. The plates are not what Im used to. Here your plate comes with the entree you ordered and the rice. Thats it. Im used to having the entrees come with a little scoop of potato salad and sliced oranges. And the salad that comes before your entree is just sad.

Weve been to Fujiyama a few times. The prices are reasonable and they have many, many options for sushi. I enjoy the sushi a lot. My boyfriend also likes the chicken teriyaki. The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and the staff is always nice. We also order over the phone sometimes for pick-up. I would definitely recommend.

It doesnt matter what sushi place I eat at, none will compare to the greatness that is Fuji Yama. Ive been eating there since it opened and have never once been disappointed. If you want your mind blown order the tuna and seaweed salad without lettuce (with lettuce if you like it).....you will leave a changed person!

The sushi here is excellent. They always have unique special rolls that change (not sure if daily). There is a special menu you should ask for, for both sushi and other Japanese food. The chicken yakatori is good. The takoyaki is not as good as what they had in Japan when I was there, but its still worth trying.

VERY good food. I ordered sushi and veggie and chicken katu. All were freshly made. Service is friendly and always available when needed. The facility is cozy and consists of booths and seperate tables. Prices are reasonable for the quality delivered.

Great sushi and service. Was able to come in, eat and be gone during lunch within 30 minutes. Sushi tastes great and offer a wide Variety. I ordered the 9.11 Roll and the sushi lunch special with a sweet tea. Totalled roughly $30 after tip.

I found Smokin Chickin here; on tripadvisor. Wife and I jumped on the Road King and rode over for lunch before our afternoon ride. Wife ordered 1/4 chicken and coleslaw, I ordered 1/4 chicken and rice.
